It's a pump, that's about it.

This product is intended to assist those with erectile dysfunction in getting and maintaining an erection via the included cock ring. I suppose this would do it, but seeing as I'm a virile 21 year old guy, I purchased this product for an different purpose.

As one would expect, a penis pump will force more blood into the user's penis. This means that it will technically be larger and harder than you would normally experience. This is one reason why people buy these. Over time, one could use it and see immense temporary gains in length and width. It should be noted that this would take a considerable time and that any gain would be temporary. Also, there is a risk of permanent damage to the tissue of the penis if someone is using a pump to get as big as possible. If used for standard erectile dysfunction, there is minimal to no risk of injury.

The pump is basically 4 pieces: the cylinder, the "flexi-tube", the suction bulb, and the "ribbed latex donut". The cylinder is sturdy and seems to be made out of a high quality/strength plastic. It has a measurement gauge on the side, but it is not accurate and is rather generous in its sizing. The seal on the pump is latex, so those with latex allergies should avoid using it and I would suggest thoroughly washing the tube to avoid any contamination and possible reactions from the latex.

The flexi-tube is just that; a flexible tube that connects the cylinder and the bulb. As with all pumps, one must take the time to thoroughly and generously apply lube before putting on the pump. The donut is rather tight and it WILL HURT if you pull out without lube. Also, unless your penis is perfectly strait, it will feel awful rubbing up against the sides of the tube. Beyond the overly tight donut, I really don't have any complaints about the feel or texture.

It is shaped to fit most average sized males, but some problems come if you are a bit on the thick side. First, you will not fit into the latex sleeve, or it will be rather uncomfortable. Then, once in the tube and a vacuum is created, you may max out the width of the tube. This is probably not a problem for those that are using this for medical reasons, but if you are a recreational pumper it will be too snug.

The length will be fine for the average male, but again, it will be too short too fast for the recreational pumper. I really only have a complaint about the sleeve and the included ring. Both of these were far too snug for my taste. I'm one for cock rings, but I don't want to feel like I have a tourniquet on my dick. It is a rather cheaply made product in general.

This pump must be cleaned thoroughly if you want to prevent any bacteria from building up. This is a bit of a problem because it is not easy to take apart. You will want to rinse out to the cylinder. Be careful to not get any water in the bulb, because that will cause even worse bacteria problems. I wish that this was easier to clean, but I have never cared to use it again, so problem solved.

I bought this out of sheer curiosity. I had read about gaining temporary length and girth from pumps, and wanted to see it for myself. The problem is that, while I did gain a little in the short run, the overall experience was less than stellar. I made sure to lube everything up thoroughly, and the entry was nice and smooth. At this point I thought that it felt a bit tight, but I continued anyways. The actual pumping felt different, but nice. The problem was extracting my penis from this pump. That sleeve is so tight that it still hurt to pull out, even when I was all lubed up.

If you have read some of my reviews, then you know that I am a bit on the larger side. This caused some problems with the tightness of the sleeve. Also, due to my penis being curved, I rubbed against the tube the entire time. That was not an experience that I care to try again. I can pretty much say that I will not be using this device again.
