This is a quality all silicone anal vibrator. It comes very nicely boxed. I will keep this toy in its box for storage. I did all the standard silicone toy procedures. Washed with hot water and soap before and after use. Used a high-quality water-based lube. The Lanco has a USB magnetic charging cable that you can charge the toy and the remote! That is a huge bonus. No separate batteries for the remote. The toy came with some charge, but I went ahead and charged it up all the way before my first use. There is a power button on the toy's base and another power button on the remote.

The anal part of the toy is a medium size, and I had no problem slipping it in with a little bit of lube. I had a little trouble putting on the cock ring and testicle ring, but I was able to slip into them with a little effort. (It would be much easier to use the testicle ring if you were hairless. Ouch!) The remote cycles through the 9 vibrations options with a click. I tend to like the steady vibrations for the most part, so I eventually settled on that setting.

I found out that this toy is easier to use if you put the cock and ball rings on first then insert the anal vibrator. The base on the vibrator is flat, so you can sit down to use this toy and rock back and forth with the toy inserted to put extra stimulation on your prostate. I really enjoyed using this toy, but I found the cock ring to be a little to tight for me, so I used just the ball ring and used the cock ring as a little handle to pull the toy back and forth while it vibrated away inside me.

The Lanco is holding up well, and I have not encountered any problems with it so far. I don't use it as much as other toys, but I do enjoy it when I give it a shot. Still a fine product.
