The Lanco is a very, very strong vibrator. Actually too powerful for my loins. It's also a good size and fairly firm. It's shaped to stimulate the P-spot and can be pushed in and out as such. It comes with a remote also. With all it's capabilities, power and remote, it can be a BDSM toy easily. Imagine your vital parts 1 and 2 being secured then someone controlling the massager while you are tied up.

P-spot massagers can often be used for G-spot and Clitorial stimulation. This can for sure. Of course, she wouldn't use the C and T rings.

This silicone toy is fairly firm and doesn't smell. It's shaped for prostate stimulation. The texture is a little matte but smooth. Not as smooth as glass or plastic, though. Being matte means a little more lubricant should be used if used for manual thrusting. As far as flexibly, it isn't.



This older Aneros MGX is made of plastic. It will slide easier than the Lanco VPM. It doesn't vibrate, one pulls it up and down by doing Kegels. Or manipulate it by hand, moving it in and out to rub the P-spot.

This is primary designed to stay inside for stimulation. However, it can be pulled in and out to stimulate the P-spot. With its curvature, it will target the prostate easily. I use it primarily for vibration stimulation. I would think this is more for intermediate or advanced users due to its size.

Lanco is bigger and firmer than the P Spot Driver. Eden sells the P-Spot Driver. And I did a review on it. It's great!

The two loops are used to secure one's testicles and penis. I measured the T-loop to be 1 3/8" unstretched. It is easily stretched wide to get around one's testicles. It's thick and very sturdy, so should last a long time.

The C-loop is 1 1/8" unstretched and can be stretched to 3" with little effort. It also is very thick and sturdy. I'm about 1 3/4" when erect, and it felt tight. If you are girthier, it should work for you. It will be tight but, of course, make you harder and last longer. I remember reading cock rings shouldn't be used for more than 20 mins. Being hard is nice, but damage to blood vessels could make you very sad.

There're 2 components of the Lanco. The massager and remote and the Rings.

Massager and Remote:
The power of this thing is out of the world. Maybe too intense! The recharge remote works well, although you can still use the massager without it. The massager has to be powered on in order to use the remote. Both light up when powered on. However, the remote's light won't stay on. It will blink each time you depress either button. Once the massager is on, you can also go through the settings by depressing the power button.

Note: Powering the remote off will shut off the remote and the massager. However the massager's light will still be lit and can be used by press it's own button.




To power off the remote or massager just hold the power button down for few seconds.


The Rings: Attached to body of massager with 3" stretchable silicone

Testicle Ring: Thick, 1 1/2" unstretched, very easy to pull apart and secure the testicles for stimulation. Loop might be to big for guys with smaller testicles. May slip off. Especially if applied lubricant.

Cock Ring : Thick , 1 1/8" unstretched, easy to pull apart over the penis, but does take some effort.

Lanco is made of silicone. So don't use silicone lubes. I use a water-based one. The material is a little matte, so you may need a little more lube. It will attract dust, so one will need to wash it before using.

Lanco is rechargeable and uses a magnetic contact instead of the plugin types. Both massager and remote are charged with the same white connector.

Lanco is easy to clean. I use antibacterial soap and hot water. Then a toy cleaner. Sometimes the wife uses the massager, so I like to be extra cautious.

Lanco came in a nice box with a card with instructions. The box can be used for storage, but will still attract dust.

This review wasn't easy to do. I wanted to try it as many times as possible to evaluate it properly. Although we have sex 1-2 times a week, not also eager to have this in me and my testicles tied up.

My findings on the Lanco are as such. Out of the times I've used it for intercourse, it was successful half the time. Sometimes I didn't last longer, but always harder. I attribute that to the vibrations in my rectum. The rumbling made me cum sooner. I've had the same experiences while having any anal plug in while having intercourse.
