This is my first penis pump so I'm not sure how to compare it with others out on the market today. The Silicone Power Pump is a great all around penis pump with plenty of suction to meet your standards. I am still not sure if penis pumps actually make your penis bigger over time but you can feel your cock stretch when you use this pump. This pump is very comfortable. It has a silicone liner inside it that makes things easy to clean and also helps seal tight against your skin.

This power pump has the bulb for sucking the air out. The bulb is easy to use and has a bleed off valve to let the air in. The bulbs seem to make your hand tired after a while but its not too bad. The pistol grip pump looks easy to use and they look like they would create less hand fatigue. It seems to me that if you used this pump and pumped it up till it had a slight amount of pressure on a regular basis that your cock would eventually stretch and thicken as you may want. Just be careful not to pump it too tight as it could cause injuries if pumped up too much.

The silicone power pump is very soft with the silicone liner. This pump is a little on the large side so if you have a big unit then you may have to pull the liner out to fit inside or apply some lube to the silicone. This item was fun for a little while. I wanted to add that this pump and im sure all penis pumps only work if you are shaved so that it can seal enough to pull the air out. I am not shaved that well so it didn't work that well for me. I took some lube and lubed up around the rim of the pump where it sealed up and that did the trick rather than shaving more than i usually do.
