This is a typical penis pump with a silicone sleeve that fits inside for added sensation and comfort, as well as a narrower pumping chamber.

It works best when the penis is lubed and flaccid. There are guides available with instructions on how to use pumps like this one to achieve given results. However, this particular item does not come with instructions of any kind beyond the packaging's listing of features.

Pumps like this can be used to achieve erection quickly and easily. There are also regimens which claim to enhance a man's erections over time, such as making them harder, longer, thicker, or last longer. This would be similar to the benefits seen from Jelq type exercises.

The inside of the pump is lined with a silicone sleeve with raised bumps 3/8" across and 1/8" in 9 rows of 8 rings. This sleeve is removable, and I found it to be easier and more comfortable to use the pump without it. A nice advantage to using the sleeve, however, is that the removable sleeve is easier to clean than using the pump without the sleeve.

The outside of the pump is clear, hard plastic.

The bulb is textured on the outside to be easier to grip, although I don't see much added value in it.

Once in, no matter how much I pumped, I was stuck at the bottom of the sleeve because of friction: I needed lubricant. The sleeve is silicone, so either water-based or oil-based works fine, but silicone lube would dissolve the sleeve. Once I got the pump to work, the head of my cock reaches the end of the tube. Any man longer than 7 + 1/2 inches will need a bigger pump than this one, and there are many available.

Once I figured out how to get the pump to work for me, it performed marvelously, both with the sleeve and without. It was able to give me a full erection in under a minute, which I was able to maintain just as well as one achieved without it.

The silicone sleeve is removable, although it is much more difficult to put back in. Once removed, it can be turned inside out (with some difficulty) and washed with soap and water to remove the residue of lubricant.
