Starting off with the biggest flaw of the item sounds bad, but this item comes with no documentation what so ever. None. Zero. Zip. Nada. Not so much as a single piece of instruction, caution, lube choice, it simply comes in a blister pack with a photo insert of the product which is already clearly visible through the packaging.

Now a penis pump isn't a race car engine, but it also does have some very large potential hazards. Over-pumping, improper fit, prolonging its use, can all have detrimental effects on your penis. I recommend finding some online reading material before sitting down with this item.

This is a basic clear plastic pump with a silicone sleeve insert. The sleeve is silicone and as such water-based lube is a must. It has an array of raised bumps inside that are there in theory to stimulate, but I found they only accomplished one thing, making dents in my freshly pumped penis. Pumping the bulb is tedious, which is to be expected but actually does an adequate job. Take caution to make small pumps once there is a seal as it does increase in pressure very quickly. The sleeve unfortunately doesn't have a great fit at the opening and actually draws a bit of air if you don't hold it in place when getting an initial seal.

The good points are, of course, its reasonable price and silicone/plastic construction. It is easily cleaned with warm water and mild soap, although it can be a bit cumbersome to reinsert the sleeve once it dries out but with a bit of work it goes back in.

I have not tried it without the sleeve but I would imagine it can be used as a simple clear plastic chamber as well. The sleeve is rather opaque and makes viewing difficult during pumping. No smells or other notes on the item.

Take care, do your homework before use, and enjoy it. It's a good starting point if you are willing to find your own reading.

At first use I had some difficulty getting a seal, which is when I found the air coming into the system through the outer edge of the sleeve. Easily reminded with hand pressure or a stretchy ring to hold it tight. I would like to go into elaborate detail, but lets face it, insert penis, get seal, pump to desired sensation, is about as good as it gets. Nothing earth shattering, no rockets, or rainbows, just a simple pump.

I did see results, temporary as they may be, but I got maybe an extra 1/4 inch in overall girth and negligible to no length gain, that lasted long enough for a good roll around with the wife. Results are more or less gone within a short time after the erection goes soft. Perhaps with some type of "workout regimen" more permanent results may be seen , but I haven't gone down that path.

Have run a bit more of an extended test on this item. Not much new to report, still about the same results, a bit of increase that fades within a few hours.

I'll probably revisit this item from time to time but it won't be a mainstay in my life.
