This ring, made by Downunder Toys, is a cock ring designed to be worn by a man during intercourse while the nubbed piece stimulates the clitoris. It is among Downunder Toys' best selling toys and is special in that it does not vibrate but still offers some extra stimulation to the woman that a more traditional ring would not. It is best used during intercourse but can also be placed over a dildo for a little added pleasure during a solo session. If you like the texture, it could even be used as a hand-held stimulator. Just thread a finger or two through the ring and guide the raspberry around any erogenous zone it holds interested.

It can be worn over the penis alone or the testicles can be pulled through the ring as well. The easiest way to do that is to pull each testicle through one at a time, followed by the flaccid penis. Some men may or may not be able or comfortable to use it that way, as I was only barely able to just wear it over my penis.

A great feature about not having any mechanical parts is that it can be taken and used anywhere. Whether you're in the hot tub or in the comfort of your own bed, this ring will always be there to spice up the night.

When wearing any cock ring, be sure not to wear it for longer than 30 minutes and allow an hour break between uses. This is a safety measure as the ring functions to block blood flow and trap it in the penis. Should you encounter any discomfort, pain, numbing or discolouration, remove it immediately. In extremes instances, medical attention could be required. So play safe, folks.

This medical-grade silicone is body-safe, non-porous and completely sterilizable so it won't harbour bacteria. Edenfantasys has rated this great material a perfect 10 on their safety scale.

The material is soft and squishy. The raspberry is composed of many nubs gathered together. These nubs are not free-moving but they can be pushed around a bit.

What I found odd for a silicone toy, this not being my first, was the oily texture on the surface. This weird feel does not seem to go away after washing and must just be the way the silicone is. Not all silicones are created equal but the manufacturer seems to know what they're doing so I'll put my trust in them.

There is still some drag, even with that oily surface. It kind of feels a bit sticky. I suggest applying a bit of water-based lube to the inside of the ring to help it slide on more easily. Some of the lube on the raspberry will help cut the drag too and make your partners clit more comfortable.

As far as quality goes, I was a little disappointed. There appears to be some sort of cut in the material at the base of the raspberry and the material has these sort of fine lines over the nubs that worry me. I do foresee the ring lasting a long time but I'm afraid the cuts will just be harder to keep clean and lead to the eventual breakdown of the whole toy. The back is also a little uneven where the silicone was not properly trimmed from the mold but it is soft and not bothersome at all when wearing the ring.



There was no detectable odor at first, or ever and as far as taste goes, we didn't taste it. I wouldn't expect there to be any taste though.

The Raspberry ring is kind of bulky if comparing it to other cock rings. It has a total length of 3 1/2" and a width of 1 7/8" from the outsides of the ring portion. However, it is such an interesting and unique design.


It is available in black, purple and pink, though only the last two color options have been made available on Edenfantasys. The silicone has this really appealing marbled swirl pattern and a soft glitter effect embedded in the material.


Unstretched, the ring is only 1" wide, but it can stretch to a diameter of about 3". To get it to stretch that wide, I had to pull it apart firmly with my hands. I wouldn't recommend this to any guy with a diameter any larger than 1 1/2". I'm just above the average length and girth and though my girl had no problem with the length that the ring took away from me, I had a big problem with how tight it felt. This ring is just way too small for me.

The raspberry is about 1" thick whereas the ring itself is just under 1/2" thick. In use, the raspberry is tall enough that it can get in there (up into her clit) while the ring can squish down to about 1/4" so it doesn't intrude too much.

The back is completely flat and smooth and will lay comfortably against the wearers pelvis.

To get the ring on, I strongly recommend rubbing some water-based lube along the inside rim of the ring and then stretching it over your member. I like to put it on when I'm already hard but you could just as easily put it on when soft. Because the unstretched diameter is pretty small, the ring has to be stretched quite a bit to get it on. At least, that's what I had to do. It immediately works to cut blood flow and you'll feel harder and stronger than ever.

The raspberry stimulator measures 1 5/8" across and stands about 2" tall from the inside of the ring. This stimulator is special in that it gives something soft and textured with which to grind on, but it does not vibrate like other rings of this sort. There is no hole or space where a bullet can be inserted. The raspberry is simply a soft, squishy hunk of textured silicone. This stimulator may or may not reach every woman's clit but the large size of the raspberry gives you a good shot at success with this ring.

This cock ring is very easy to care for. Since it is silicone and is non-porous you can sterilize it by boiling it. You can also wash it with soap and water or even a 10% bleach solution. Since there's no vibrating parts to this ring you can boil it in water but just make sure you let it cool off a little before wearing it. Silicone tends to hold onto heat pretty well.

The ring does gather lots of lint and pick up dust so I recommend at least rinsing it before use. You should also sterilize it every time you plan on sharing it.

You can easily store the toy in the packaging that it comes in. I would suggest storing it in something so that the velcro-like material doesn't grab everything that's in your drawer. Also, try to keep it away from other silicone toys to avoid the freaky bonding that may occur between them. Likewise, and as mentioned above, only use water-based lubes with this ring.

As a side note, though ours may just be one that escaped the quality inspection, the cuts in the material may be more difficult to clean when just using toy cleaner or soap and water. That's just something that we, and you might have to be aware of.

I am very disappointed with this packaging. The ring came in a clear Ziplock-like bag. On the bag there are no instructions, simply a barcode sticker.

Inside the bag is the cock ring accompanied by a paper insert. In my opinion the paper insert is very cheap. It looks like someone printed it off of their home computer. On the insert it says, "Raspberry Ring, 100% silicone by Downunder Toys".

They only positive thing about this packaging is that you can reuse the bag to store the ring in. It makes it very convenient that it is resealable and easy to store. I would be hesitant to gift this to someone though.

We were really interested in trying new styles of cock-rings but it seems like with each one we try, we encounter the same problem. They're always too tight for me. I really wish we could keep testing it out because my girl enjoyed the raspberry so much, but my purple penis said otherwise.

This would be a great ring for anyone who either knows they are able to use or enjoy tighter rings, or for those who are smaller in girth.

I've read some reviews about women finding the raspberry stimulator too hard but we did not find this to be a problem. Our go-to position when using cock-rings with stimulator attachments is her on top. This way she is able to grind on it and get the full enjoyment out of it. She said it felt soft and squishy, even though she was happily grinding away. The nubs are soft enough that they didn't hurt her most sensitive areas but they weren't so soft that she couldn't feel them. Unfortunately, we had to end our session with this ring prematurely because I started to go numb. Maybe it's just me, but this would have been a great ring otherwise.

I'm giving this ring 3 stars. This ring has a unique design. It is extremely fun to use. It is made of silicone. Though it was too tight me, maybe some men might like the tightness better than I did.
