The icons are pretty straight forward, except the heating option. To turn on the heating option you click on the furthest button near the bottom until it is blinking. The power button is also your speed selection, and has three settings. The heat is very nice, and there is no worry of burning any part of the body. When you click the other icons you can cycle through the patterns of vibration or rotation.

Since this is made from food grade silicone and non porous, the inner sleeve should be able to be fully sanitized. However I would caution putting this in the dish washer, and certainly would caution against boiling this toy. The hard plastic shell could be damaged, and the intricate mechanical parts could also be hurt in this process. That being said, warm water and good anti-bacterial soap should do fine with cleaning this toy. You can use a small towel to dry the interior if you are careful, but I suggest laying it out to air dry. Make sure the toy is completely dry before storing away.

The packaging of this toy was simple, yet eye pleasing if it was in a retail setting. The box had limited instructions on it, and it did have a pretty good run down of the features included. The packaging was classy enough that could be given as a gift. After opening the box though there is no real reason to keep the packaging. I love this toy. It is my favorite toy in my ever growing collection. I think i have about 20 Flesh lights in my collection over the years, and I think I am getting close to 50 toy reviews. I loved the Evolution XL, but I broke it. After exactly 14 uses (Yes, weirdly I counted). The original Evolution XL's "Failure" was entirely my fault (Broke the silicone from the plastic, and the internal mechanics broke down at the same time). I abused the hell out of it and went back for more. The down falls that the Evolution XL had are not present here. I feel like I could get a lot more uses out of this than the Evolution XL. The only thing I think may break down with this is battery life finally ending, but I think I should get a year or more out of it with moderate to heavy usage. Speaking of battery life, just like the Evolution XL, this has pretty good battery life that allows for multiple uses per charge, expect I believe this has even better battery life.

Perhaps It is me getting lazier in my older age (early thirties!), but I genuinely love this toy. Auto toys are always hit and miss. With most toys you have to hold it just right and it never seems to be strong enough. This toy though is easy to maneuver and can use it in just about any position, and the high setting is powerful enough to get the experienced user across the finish line. The only issue I have is turning it off quickly after... crossing the finish line, cause it can be a little uncomfortable right after the race when everything is sensitive and this thing is going full pace.
