This is a clear penis extender with a cock ring and bullet vibrator, and it really will work for men of all sizes. It can stretch a considerable amount to fit larger girth sizes, and can be cut down from its originally 8 1/2 inch length to easily make any penis three inches longer. Since it does have a matching cock ring with an insertable bullet, the Fulfill penis extension kit offers more than just a size increase.

The Fulfill Penis Extension Kit is made almost completely of TPR (except for the bullet). TPR is a rubber polymer blend that is great for wear and tear. Although it isn't as safe as using silicone toys, it is still isn't that porous. The benefit to this material is that it feels a lot more like actual skin.

Opening the box, there wasn't any type of smell. It didn't pick up any new smells after a couple of uses, either. What it did pick up, though, was hair -- and a lot of it. Even after I just got it out of the box to look at it, I had to clean it off.

It was very stretchy, which is perfect for both a penis extender and a cock ring. The stretch means that the Fulfill Penis Extension Kit can fit a large variety of people. It is very smooth, but it will require quite a bit of lube.

I love the shape and design of this toy. Because of the material, the Fulfill Penis Extension kit can fit almost any length of man; simply cut to the desired length. It also stretches well to accommodate different girths. It's easy to slide on, and it doesn't move around too much.

The added cock ring and bullet make up at least a little for the desensitizing effects of the penis extender. With three inches added though, obviously you won't be feeling anything at the tip of your penis.

I like that the material is clear, because it makes it appear less fake looking than the normal skin colored Penis Extenders. The only major problem I found was that it requires a lot of lube to slide on easily. Part of the reason for this is the material, and the other part is that it has veins that are prominent on it. The veins make it look very realistic.
