Great Idea...not so great toy
At first, two bullets in a cock ring may seem attractive. However, the problem of finding a comfortable way to position the Diving Dolphin, combined with the hassle of finding the right rhythm function during sex, makes the Diving Dolphin a difficult addition during intercourse. However, the bullets are water-proof and can be removed from the ring and reused for other purposes.

Pros
Dual bullets, water-proof, multi-speed/function
Cons
Difficult to position comfortably
I was immediately drawn to the Diving Dolphin based upon the dual bullet vibes. My thinking was that if one bullet was good, two would be great. Unfortunately, this turned out to be better in theory than in practice. The Diving Dolphin's bullets - or ammunition - were the best feature of the product. These two bullets have 7 modes of vibration. Many modes seem very similar is strength, the main differences between modes will be the timing/rhythms (constant, short pulses, slow to fast to slow again, etc). Although not as powerful as other vibrators, the Diving Dolphin's bullets are average for bullet strength. The best feature of the Diving Dolphin is that you can use both bullets simultaneously. The combination of both bullets on one of the constant rhythms was very noticeable and quite pleasant. Each bullet takes 3 watch batteries (LR44-3) and has a push button (not twist) start. Press the button more than once to cycle through the different rhythm modes.
Being positioned along the shaft, the vibrations themselves are not going to be enough for the man to orgasm alone though, and this is where the main problem begins. Because the bullets are not that small (2.5" long, 0.75" diameter), they are rather difficult to position during intercourse comfortably. As a result, we found it worked better by taking out the vertical bullet (the one that's opposite the dolphin). Once you take out the other bullet though, it's essentially a normal bullet/cock ring and loses the uniqueness of a dual vibe/cock ring. Worse than the position where the dolphin is against the woman's clit is when the vertical bullet is toward the clit. At first thought, you might think that this position would be the best so the woman could get direct vibration from the bullet on her clit. No such luck, a comfortable position with the bullet on your clit can be achieved but at the severe cost of the man unable to move in the slightest. If you (the man) do start to move, the hard bullet's edges are going to start poking the woman in very uncomfortable ways. So, the best compromise is to simply use only the horizontal bullet and keep the other bullet as a spare.
The cock ring itself was reasonably comfortable for me. It measures 0.5" diameter unstretched with a maximum diameter of 2.5" stretched. I would avoid being overly rough with the ring stretching it out (see Experience) as it may break. Like many cock rings, it's made from TPR and will get hair, fuzz, and dirt on it. Be prepared to clean it before and/or after each use. Thankfully, the plastic bullets are very easy to clean and are even waterproof. Also, the bullets are rather quiet (only a little "buzzy") and travel friendly if you need to be on the go. Although we have not yet used the Diving Dolphin in the shower (ironic considering the name), you may find that it is an excellent use of the toy compared to other cock rings.

Experience
We were not able to use the Diving Dolphin more than a few times due to the ring breaking. I don't believe I am abnormally rough or careless with any of my toys. So, I was very surprised to find that one of the bullets fell out of the ring while trying to adjust the bullet (sliding it down while I was wearing it). One of the rubber (TPR) rings that was holding in the vibe tore. Although I was still able to wear the Diving Dolphin ring with only one half of the ring holding together, it did not fit as well. We still have the bullets and they are still being used occasionally. However, we did not save the ring since it will not stay put after trying to adjust its position anymore.
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
Unfortunately, the ring is still broken, and one of the bullets is not vibrating as it should. Although I press the selector button, it stays on the current (medium constant) setting and won't cycle through the options. I have to unscrew the bullet to turn it off now. The other bullet is working fine though. I hope you have better luck than I if you buy the Diving Dolphin.
