The Miho Deep Throat is a "blow job imitator" that is supposed to give the feeling of a "real blow job". I didn't find that it was all that super with imitating a TRUE blow job, but it was a nice feeling nonetheless.

The Mijo Deep Throat is made of a TPR material. The Miho is compatible with water based and silicone based lubricants. This material will get somewhat sticky and tacky if you do not properly clean it though. So make sure that when you are done with it, you clean it thoroughly. Once it is dried off, take some cornstarch powder and lightly dust the toy. This will help it from getting sticky and tacky feeling. My wife taught me this trick and it works great.

I will say that this toy is also a huge dust and lint collector. If you have pets, you will more than likely find that there's pet hair on it, more times than you'd prefer. I was told that keeping it in a plastic bag was also not the hottest idea, because it can eat away at the material and leave markings on the toy. So, instead, we used the Striped Pleasure Can that my wife had purchased last year. This works quite well to keep it sealed and safe.

On the inside of the Miho, there are small ridges (rings) that help for added stimulation. On the "front" of the toy, you will notice a mouth and nose. This is to help imitate the "blow job" feel. Personally, I think that this feels FAR from a blow job, but it does work pretty well still.
