The Size Up is a penis pump meant to draw blood into the penis and make it erect and maybe slightly larger temporally. The size up has a T-handle type pumping handle which makes it very easy to use even with lube covered fingers. It comes with three cylinder sleeves, two different size silicone sleeves and a TPR, soft silicone vaginal shaped sleeve. The cylinder is made of a clear hard plastic which enables you to watch your cock grow as you pump. The cylinder is 7 3/4 inches long and a little over 2 inches in diameter, which makes it a good pump for the average or smaller sized guys. I had a few problems because of the size. Fully erect I'm 8 1/2 inches long and over 2 inches thick, so my cock filled the entire tube when I started pumping.

The smallest silicone sleeve didn't fit on the cylinder so I didn't get to try it even though I don't believe I could have got my cock through the small opening in it. The soft vagina-shaped sleeve is made of TPR soft silicone and fits the cylinder great and was very tight on my cock. None of the parts have any odor. If I were pumping to try and increase my cock's size I would use the large black sleeve, but when pumping for pleasure the soft vagina is great, soft, tight, and squishy.

The design of the Size Up pump is the basic penis pump design: cylinder, sleeves, and pump handle. The T-handle is great for control and the vacuum release button is right above the handle and easy to use. It did what it was supposed to do and pumped my cock up nicely. Now size wise is where I ran into problems. The small black sleeve didn't fit the cylinder and wouldn't stay on. The cylinder is geared towards average or smaller cocks. It's only 7 3/4 inches long, and even a smaller cock pumps up larger than your normal erect cock. Being 8 1/2 inches long when erect I filled the whole cylinder which didn't allow any movement. As I said before it should work great for someone of average or smaller size. It's simple to use, and anyone, beginner or experienced user shouldn't have any problems. It's a fairly large and would be difficult to hide or travel with.

The Size Up pump does its job well. It pumps up a cock. The name is sort of misleading so if you expect to increase your penis size permanently I wouldn't count on it. Using the pump with a cock ring may help keep you larger for a short while. The controls are simple: a T-handle for pumping your cock up and a vacuum release button to relieve the vacuum to remove the pump. I found the soft vagina sleeve to be the most pleasurable. The Size Up pump is fairly easy to take care of. Just wash the cylinder and handle with warm water and maybe with an antibacterial soap. The same for the black silicone sleeves. The vagina-shaped sleeve is made of soft silicone known as TPR and can be washed with soap and water. It is somewhat porous and can't be sterilized, so please don't share it with friends unless you use condoms which don't work well with penis pumps. Be sure to use only water-based lubes with silicone of any kind. Its overall size makes it hard to find a place to store the Size Up pump.....unless you have a whole cabinet for your toys like I do.

Packaging was minimal at best. A cardboard box and a plastic bag. The Size Up did come with an instruction manual for safety, use, and cleaning.

The Size Up pump worked well for me except the fact that cylinder needed to be slightly larger. I do suffer from ED (erectile dysfunction), so any penis pump helps me in getting hard.
