Size up is a penis vacuum pump that can be used for several purposes: to create or enhance an erection, to build size/girth (in theory at least) or to masturbate with. It is clear plastic, so you (and a partner?) can watch the results of your pumping. It is handheld and has a unique pump w/quick release button to release pressure when needed and for safety purposes, in case you pump too much. Please exercise safety when using a pumps. You can damage your precious organ if you are not careful and reckless. Start slow and work your way up to what feels comfortable if you are new to using vacuum pumps.

Pumps can be fun and pleasurable, but I don't take them too seriously. I can't say if they increase size (permanently)...they do while pumped temporarily, but they are fun to use and offer a unique sensation.

The entire toy is made of plastic and comes with 3 different attachments. 2 smooth rubber rings for different size/tightness and a skin-like vaginal masturbation sleeve that is soft and plushy. The vaginal sleeve is the most pleasurable sensation of the sleeves. I had to break the "hymen" to insert my penis. There was a think membrane covering the hole. The main device is a clear plastic cylinder with a 2 3/8" diameter. It is 7 3/4" long and accommodates all but the largest penises when erect. Unless you are hung like James Holmes, the size should be adequate. It is not discreet and not travel friendly. It's quite obvious what it is.

The controls are simple. Pull the trigger to pump when your penis is inserted. The quick release button immediately releases the vacuum pressure. You can play with it how you like and experiment with what works best. The suction pulls blood into the penile chambers giving you a fuller erection within the chamber. For those with ED, you can slip the sleeve or a cock ring on to help maintain the erection during sex. I would rather have the quick release closer to the handle (or on it) where I can play with this one handed. As it is you need a second hand (or put down the pump trigger) to release the valve. I also found it helps to hold the button down when removing your penis or you could remove the hose from the chamber.

There's not much to worry about care-wise. You can use any type of lube with this and clean with toy cleaner, or soap and hot water. Store in a dry space.

The skin-like vagina orifice feels much like a fleshlight. I kinda wish it was 6-7" or more long and could fit inside the chamber to mimic a vagina. It feels great to have your lubed cock head pulled into the device, but once the head is all the way in, you lose that wonderful soft friction.I'd prob still have the problem of having to hold the button to withdraw my cock and thrust, but the sensation would at least last longer for nice foreplay. I have several fleshlights, so I guess I'm set in that department already though.
