The Measure Up Pump does exactly what it is expected to do. Using one of the interchangeable ends based on the size of your cock, the pump fits wells will give you plenty of suction. The pump is a basic bulb with a small steel release valve to relieve the vacuum. You can pump it till it won't pop back for another squeeze. I had no problem with it losing vacuum on any of the occasions I tried it.
