A disposable sex toy? Yes, that is what the US Tenga and all the Tengas for that matter are supposed to be. This Tenga is designed for larger men in the US market. I guess we are larger over here than they are in Japan.
All you have to do is open the toy with a little tab on the bottom, take off the bottom cap, and remove the little vacuum sealing tab on the top. The toy is pre-lubed, so I slid right in. It was a little cold at first, but the design felt amazing. After a few minutes, the toy warmed up, and the coldness was gone. I experimented with covering the vacuum hole up top, and the toy felt even better than before. The vacuum it creates feels more like oral sex than any masturbator I have ever tried. I was able to orgasm very quickly, and when I did, it felt like actually cumming inside a woman. After I was done, I pulled myself out of the Tenga, and my penis came out clean, and nothing leaked out of the toy at all!

I thought to myself that I got to use this thing again, so I washed it out as best as I could and left the toy open so it could dry.
