Low rise short - shorts discontinued by Male Power - review by Pete's Princess

I must say that I love the color. These shorts/underwear are electric or Peacock blue so there is no trouble seeing your man coming or going. The shiny satin material reflects the light and does command attention. It is a nice divergence from the black, navy blue, or gray underwear my "Superman" usually wears. We both really love color so it was nice to see something for a man in a bright color for a change. Why should the male Peacocks be the only ones strutting around in bright blue?

The fit was true to size. He normally wears a large and these fit fine. The material is soft and slick to the touch. Your hands will run smoothly over this surface and leave you not wanting to pull your hands away. The material hugs all of his curves in just the right way.

The lack of a slit/fly in these underwear was not an issue as they are low riding. It was reported that they did not bunch up when using the facilities, if you know what I mean. Being a woman, I never saw the point in the slit/fly, so did not consider this when ordering. Apparently it is a matter of personal preference for men if there is/isn't a slit/fly. My guy is a "fly" guy, but found the lack of one here was not a deterrent.

Another reviewer noted that the seams were a bit uncomfortable. My husband reported that he did not find this to be an issue. The tag however was bothersome and a bit scratchy. The material does not breathe as well as some others out there. This may not be the best choice for a day out in the heat. He did not wear them out in the hot weather, so this is just a speculation. Wearing them in cooler weather and for play time did not cause any issues.
