I find most of the time I use this while sitting at my desk. I have used it standing and laying down before. It can also be wedged between the mattress and box to simulate doggie. I haven't used it with my wife yet, but you can play together with this toy.

Fleshlight now has a Shower Mount that fits all standard cases. I got mine the other day, and since I don't always use it in the shower, I went around the house looking for a suitable place to stick it to. I could not find a place smooth enough for it to grip.
