The TitanMen Metal Cock Ring is nothing overly fancy or expensive, but it's effective. There are no seams, it’s easy to clean, and it’s strong to ensure that it has a nice long lifetime. I really have no idea what kind of metal this is made from, and I can honestly say that I don’t believe it to be made from aluminum (it’s too heavy) or stainless steel. It’s probably not stainless steel because it’s painted blue, and why would they paint stainless steel? That leaves the underlying metal to be completely camouflaged and an unknown. My best guess would be plain old steel, because it is very hard and has a nice weight to it.

The blue paint covering the metal is flawless as well as a bit on the glossy side but unfortunately, I can’t find any information on what kind of paint it is. I can say that it doesn’t scuff or chip easily and seems to be quite durable. This does pose a few questions on cleaning though. I have cleaned ours with antibacterial soap and water, as well as toy cleaner with no problems. I’m not sure what boiling it, or wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution, over a long period of time might do to it. If you aren’t sharing it, you shouldn’t need to sterilize it. I did wipe ours down with a 10% bleach solution and it didn’t seem to adversely affect anything but, again, I’m not sure what it would do over a long period of time. My best advice would be to, not share this one and simply, use antibacterial soap and water or toy cleaner just to be on the safe side.

The TitanMen Metal Cock Ring has a diameter of about 1 3/4", so it may not work out well for a beginner. It can be a bit of a challenge to put it on, and take it off, if you are a new user. To put it on I first gently helped my partner by pushing his testicles into the ring, one by one, before he became aroused. I then helped him push his cock, while still soft, through. A dab of lube rubbed onto the ring can help things slide a bit easier too. This process did take a little bit of time to accomplish, and a few pubic hairs got pulled, but in the end it fit well and looked amazing! It definitely kept his balls pulled down, away from his body, and provided a nice pressure at the base of his cock. He was quite thrilled with the look and feel that this cock ring provided too, so he immediately began to achieve an erection.

After admiring himself in the mirror for a few minutes, my lover was ready to put this ring through the ultimate test! Could it help him maintain his erection and control his ejaculation better? Well, yes on both counts. He was able to have more control over when he ejaculated, because he could feel it building up and knew when to slow down. The pressure from the cock ring really helped him to stop it from happening too. When he was unable to stand it any longer, and allowed himself to ejaculate, he remained hard for several minutes afterward rather than just going limp immediately. Taking this ring off is just a reversal of how we put it on. I helped him pull his cock out first, and then pushed his balls out one by one. The walls of this ring aren’t very thick at 1/4" wide, by 1/8" thick, so it wasn’t too hard to maneuver around his anatomy. We’ve used cock rings in the past that were much thicker, but it was also harder to get him in and out. I wasn’t nearly as afraid of hurting him with this one and I’m sure we’ll be using it quite frequently!

We’ve tried water, oil, and silicone based lubes with this cock ring and they all seem to work well. We have used water based lube more frequently than the others, but I really don’t expect that the others would damage it.

We both really enjoyed using this one! Neither one of us experienced any pain during use. But if you do, make sure to remove it and find out what’s wrong because it should NOT cause pain.

It’s usually a good idea to remove a cock ring every 30 minutes or so just to get the blood flowing again. You should never wear one for extended periods of time without doing this, because it could cause permanent damage and that’s not good! Definitely remove it if you notice your cock changing color, or experience numbness, because it’s possible that the cock ring could be too tight for you.

Not sure how to measure for a cock ring? Well, here are the basics to get you started so that you will have a better idea of what size you need:

1. Take a piece of yarn or string and wrap it around your balls and your cock, as close to your body as you can while you have an erection.

2. Snug the yarn up until it’s comfortable for you and mark the string on both sides where they touch.

3. Take the string off and measure between the two marks. Divide this number by 3.14 to give you your approximate cock ring size.

This will be about the best beginning point for you, and you can adjust up or down from there. I wouldn’t advise purchasing an expensive cock ring until you’ve gotten your size down first. That’s just to make sure you don’t spend a lot of money on something that could either be too small (which could cause damage), or too large (which could be ineffective).
