This is about as close to a hands-free masturbator as I've ever seen. You just slide into it and let the spinning do all the work. However, you can stroke the toy up and down your shaft as well. It works fairly well and isn't nearly as intimidating as the image might otherwise suggest.

The toy looks rather strange, let's be honest. It has a hard shell and a very soft interior. There is no texture, but the ticklers inside make up for that. It has a plush feel inside, and there isn't really any smell at all to it.
