This toy offers a unique behavior that could be great. Lubrication is absolutely needed for using this device. Extra lubricant is needed if using the mode that changes directions. This cannot handle very wide endowments.
The motor driving the rotation is a bit loud, and it is not strong enough to maintain consistent operation as a man gets excited. This has been reflected in other reviews, where pressing a penis too far into the toy causes it to stop moving. This is very true. I even had the machine stop spinning once and turn off. If the rotating barrel were longer, we'd be less likely to jam things so far in there. Although the moving barrel itself is three inches deep, the motion makes the effective range only about two inches. It needs to be another inch or so longer to get the sensation where we really want it; otherwise, only slightly more than the head of the penis experiences the finger nodules of the spinning barrel.
The barrel is removable for cleaning, held into the device by strong magnets. Great idea, but a method of ejecting the barrel needs to be added. With lubricant and other fluids present in the barrel from use, it is very difficult to grip the barrel for removal.
The silicone entryway is shaped similar to a vaginal opening, mounted to a screw-on cap. Be careful when screwing the cap onto the device; the style of threads allows easy cross-threading. This silicone entryway is not removable from the cap without a screwdriver. Be sure to clean and dry under the flap. The soft silicone is a magnet to dirt, so be sure to put the cover on the device when not in use.

This has only been used by me for some solo play. If only a small portion of my penis is inserted, the toy feels good, and orgasm can be quickly achieved. I like to use the Zenith while using this for greater fun!

Our review is unchanged on this device, however, a workaround has been found for the problem removing the cylinder. A soft-bristle toothbrush is used for cleaning the inside of the cylinder, along with warm water and mild soap. That handle side of the toothbrush is used as a lever to pull the cylinder out. That is easier most of the time, depending on the cylinder position.
