This means that when the female clit is nowhere near it, it won't be wasting vibration and battery...well, in theory anyway.

The upgrade aside, this cock ring is great for first-timers to cock rings or vibrating cock rings. This ring is inexpensive and will accommodate most penis girths. It will help obtain an erection and enhance it, while providing clitoral stimulation during sex, if everything lines up correctly or you are able to provide the right amount of pressure. This can also be used to enhance male masturbation by providing a harder erection.

For such an inexpensive vibrating cock ring, it is made of a relatively safe material. Since this most likely will only be used once, I would think that the cheapest materials would have been used. But, in this case, the cock ring is made of TPR silicone, which means it has a rubber base. This makes it more durable and resilient than other jelly materials. This is great because after the vibrating bullet dies, the cock ring can be used by itself or the bullet can be replaced, if you have one small enough. The material is very stretchy, slightly sticky, and does have a slight smell.

The stretchy TPR silicone provides for a range of possible sizes, mostly in the average range. The max stretched diameter is 2". I would not recommend using this if you are thicker than 5 1/2" in circumference.
