Like I said, this product is a pretty well designed one, but it was clearly made for below average/average guys. (Hell I consider myself to be fairly average but this thing left my dick numb)
It's because of this I gave this product 2/5 stars, if you are a smaller guy and want to try this out, by all means go for it. It's not a big investment and despite being insanely tight I was able to get off fairly quickly.

Alright first of all let me start off by saying I'm about 6" in length and 6" in girth, and this thing was damn near impossible to get into.
It's about the size of a tiny water bottle, and the material is nice and soft. The outside orifice is surprising detailed, as is the inside. It's got bumps and curves all around it. The end is also open (I think it would have been better with a closed off back, to allow for some suction which is not present at all) and the head of your penis can easily pop out the back end if you are over 5".\
The material was actually softer than I expected, but then again Doc Johnson is probably the best place to go for pretty good quality sex toys, with a low price tag. It is quite stretchy, but again, because of how tight this thing is (we're talking less than pencil-width here fellas) it's very difficult to flip inside out without tearing or ripping it.
So what's the deal with this thing? Well, I'd say for anyone who is below 5" in girth, It would probably be a very nice and cheap masturbation toy. Anyone above that? I doubt you'll be able to use it very comfortably, and you should probably look into a sleeve that isn't quite as tiny as this one.
They also offer a glow-in-the-dark model, which I also have, and this is actually quite a nice feature. If you're using it in the dark you can clearly see it.
To sum things up, if you are anywhere below 5" in girth, you can use this toy without going numb or limp, and probably enjoy yourself quite a bit doing it (for not that much money, might I add). Properly maintained this toy can easily last you a year, the firm material did not tear even though my dick was squeezed crazy tight every time!
