The difference with this sleeve is that it is very dense. It doesn't stretch as easily or much as other masturbators. A sleeve with a small hole will still stretch quite a bit. This one won't due to being so-so dense.

It is soft but has some mass to it. (Unlike other sleeves that one can bend/squish easily with just 2 fingers).

Most TPR toys have some smell to it when you open the bag. The smell on this one is fairly faint. Sitting few inches from me on the desk, I can't smell it, only if lifted to my nose and shifted.

This came with a large 2" plastic bullet connect to a battery control unit. It has a dial control to take it from low to high intensity. Runs on 2 AA batteries (not included). Inserting the batteries was a little challenge. You have to unhinge the tab on the bottom then slide the back door downward.

There were no instructions included. I guess one was supposed to push it in (lube first for easier insertion) and let it vibrate the sleeve as your penis/cock is inside. One good thing about the TPR material is that any lubricant can be used with it. I like water-based like the EF lubricant. It's very slippery, not gunky and easy to wash off. Then I run water through it by inserting on the faucet.
