Doc Johnson markets the best time to use this toy when someone needs extra help during a blowjob, but I would disagree and say it's never a best time to use this toy.

The TPE material has a light odor to it (it is a sterile smell so it is not too unpleasant). The material is squishy but is relatively tight and firm, and the taste is negligible if you happen to taste it while sucking some dick.

The material is smooth on the outside and nubbed on the inside. I believe the intended use is for the inside texture to always be the inside texture, but I used it both ways and found it equally unstimulating either way. Overall it's relatively firm but I think it should be able to stretch over most penises.

Another thing I didn't care about the material is that it has good amount of friction to it, even with it all lubed up it still never got significantly slippery.

The material is listed on the packaging as non-phthalate , TPE, Sil-a-gel, and UR3.

In theory I should I have enjoyed the design, but how it actually got executed I did not care for. The shape is basic enough and I also thought that it would be a good idea to have a product like this on the market. The size is a strange thing, it is tight enough that helps keep a penis erect, but at the same time that tightness doesn't translate into good stimulation.

The toy is relatively discreet and travel suitable for what it is. Just throw it in a plastic bag and then into a purse or bag and it should be safe as long as someone isn't doing some serious snooping through your stuff.

I thought the control portion of this toy was weak, it was easily gripped with moderate amounts of lube or saliva in it but this didn't let the toy slide well. So then you get even more lube through it and it ends up all over the outside of the toy and onto your hands anyway.

The toy is quite unlike some other masturbators and I would imagine that it is waterproof if you wanted to take into a shower or bath with you.

Easiest way to clean this toy up is in a sink with some water and then dry it off. A bonus of having a toy this small with its shape is that you can get away without a true wash if you just wipe it down after use. (which can be a big benefit for those with experience of cleaning more complex masturbators).

You can use water or silicone based lube with this toy.

The toy comes sealed in plastic with a cardboard backer. The packaging really can't be used effectively for storage, but if you carefully remove the plastic from the cardboard you can use the plastic form as a holder for the toy although it won't close shut.

The packaging is discreet at a distance, with the words "Ultimate BJ Helper" in the smallest print. But upon close inspection you aren't fooling anybody with what the product really is.
