Alrighty, this Doc Johnson Ying Yang Love Ring was a gift to my husband. He helped me pick one out for us to try. This is a tight fitting ring that is strechy. Is is made of TPR silicone so it should be cleaned before and after each use with hot soapy water or a toy cleaner of your choice. We use Climax Bursts Toy Cleaner because it is cheap and works well at cleaning our treasures.
This cock ring can stretch to 3" maximum and unstretched it is 2".
This can only be used with water lubricants.

It does work well at helping to attain harder erections but first you have to get this thing on your member. We opened it up and I washed it, then I proceeded to lube him up and get him worked up so we could place it on his cock. Once on, it did as it was supposed to; it made his erection a little bit harder.
