I hadn't tried a masturbation sleeve before and didn't want to shell out a ton of money for one so I was excited and curious how well something this inexpensive might work. The 3X blow comes packaged in a simple clear plastic bag with no marketing or branding. It's a very soft, almost jelly-like, stretchy material that feels a bit delicate so I was half expecting it might not last long before ripping. I was right, but not because of using for its intended purpose. I'll get to that later. The three "bulbs" contain nubs in the first and third while there are ribs in the second bulb and in the necks between the three bulbs.

My first few uses required a little trial and error. The first issue is that it required a bit more lube than I anticipated. The lube I use is Wet Light so it's possible that a more viscous lube may work better. For me, it required about three squirts inside the sleeve in addition to a small amount on my cock. I learned after several uses.

The second issue is once it's on it creates an air pocket that is a little difficult to expel and you need that air gone for it to work properly otherwise you don't feel all nubs and ribs especially in the third "bulb". And because it's so stretchy, trying to squeeze the air out requires keeping the first bulb on your cock while using both hands to squeeze the air out. Once you get it out it feels pretty good. Once I got it on and the air out and started stroking I noticed a third minor issue. You have to dry off the outside if any lube got on it as well as your hand otherwise you lose your grip. I cleaned the toy with soap and warm water, though it's a challenge to get the soap in to thoroughly wash. You need to rinse it several times to make sure it's clean. Because the hole is quite small it never really dried which caused the lube to be less effective the next. It's part of the reason I had to use three squirts. Again, a more viscous lube may be more effect and efficient.

During several other uses over the course of about 2 weeks I tried different things and had mixed results. Using both hands seems to have better, quicker results. During some sessions, especially those first thing in the morning, I had to use other toys and/or vibrators to reach orgasm. I tried it with prostate and other anal toys which often times gave me mind blowing orgasms. Other times they were less so. There were a few occasions where I took it off and finished with my hand.

I also tried warming it and failed miserably. The material changes temperature quickly so by the time you take it out of warm and get it on the warmth is gone. I tried to microwave it, which also didn't work. The material and the microwaves seem to not interact. I had it in for up to one minute and it was still room temperature.

Finally I got creative — and this is what I alluded to before. Not particular satisfied with it's intended purpose, I turned it inside out to expose the nubs and ribs and put it on an anal dildo.
