This book is not only for the heavy set people but also for those who love us heavy people. It’s as if while reading the book you get a calm confident feel for yourself. This is the book for those who are not too confident about their naked body. Motivates self-esteem and encourages you to love yourself and encourages those who like big loving.

Each chapter focuses on a certain topic. Such as what it means to have a curvy body in an overwhelmingly thin-obsessed world, psychological and emotional health for the heavier set person, sexual health, general sex education and information, size acceptance, health and wellness, hygiene aids, injury prevention, social resources, thinking positively about your size, sex toys and accessories, lingerie and clothing and myths about the sexuality of the heavier set person. It also contains a few easier very pleasurable positions for the heavier set person to try. It also touches base with the health problems that heavier set people deal with.

The design of the book is very well organized. I love the cover for me personally it was very eye catching because I do tend to look for books that are based on my own physical appearance. The copy I received was a paper back but seems to be very sturdy. This is the first book I have found with this much information for heavy set population. Big, Big, Love is a great and very educational book I encourage it for anyone who is heavy set to read it and those who love us big women to take a look as well. It is very affordable and easy to store.
