Red Hot Touch

Overall it was a good book. I would (and probably will) read it again. The diagram boxes are helpful in pinpointing the spots you are to touch, and the writing keeps it entertaining. I would say, if you feel like you could do a little more, to enhance the touch sensory in your love life, it's a good book to have. If you feel like you are on top of your game, I'd pass it up, because you probably already know everything the book has to offer. But for $10.95, you really can't go wrong.

About author

This is the first time I've read anything by Jaiya and Jon Hanauer, I was pleased with the way they come across. They keep a quirky, upbeat rhythm to their writing, that keeps it light, and easy to read. Jon and Jaiya are a married couple in Los Angeles. They are both certified sexological bodyworkers, and conduct workshops across the country, helping others get the maximum benefit of using their hands in intimate situations.

Content / Style / Audience

The book is pretty self explanatory by it's title. Red Hot Touch. It teaches you how to use your hands, to heighten any sexual experience. It is broken up into chapters, going into detail moves designed for "him", or moves designed for "her". It teaches you how to use the moves in conjunction with oral sex, and sex itself. Or alone, for an experience all it's own. Most of the moves that are described to you have a detailed picture, to help you, which is nice, and all of the moves have their own name. Unfortunately I realized a lot of the moves I already knew, or used. I just didn't know they had a name. I was hoping to find out things I would have never imagined, but didn't. I still was able to get a few new tricks up my sleeve, just not as many as I would have hoped for. The writing style is kept very light and upbeat. It's easy, and for the most part fun to read. The book could be geared to pretty much anyone who is wanting to learn some simple ways to spice up their sex life.

Design

I think my favorite part of the book is the cover. It shows a mans naked torso, with a woman standing behind him embracing him. It's very bold, and definitely portrays a "Red Hot Touch". The book comes in a softcover, with a glossy finish, and the pages are a thick, good quality paper, resistant to tears. I am usually hell on books. By the time I finish a book, the covers a bent at the spine, and usually a few bends or tears to the pages, but this book still looks brand new. Very good, durable quality.
