Now understand this, we were not wild and crazy sex people to begin with but now I would have to say that we might keep the neighbours up at night and they live two miles down the road. In the book, not only do they talk about everything in great detail but there are some very nice pictures to walk you through everything step by step. When we first tried some of the things in the book we had it out and read through it and looked at the pictures as we did what ever it was we wanted to try.
