When I first got this book I really haven't read alot of erotic Anthologies but this one spoke to me. It had all the elements I look for in a book. Steamy scenes, good story line, horror and sex a huge plus. I am also a cover whore and the cover itself sold me on the book. Now some of the stories didn't do much for me.

Zander Vyne’s “La Belle Mort” I loved this story, I love how the elements come together from the sadness to the revelation of the actions that were set forth.

Claire Buckingham's "Tea for Two” Now this story didn't do much for me it was actually way too sad and I couldn't get in to it like I could the others. Maybe it was just me, while the storyline was good it just wasn't my cup of tea per say. Would like to see it expanded a little farther perhaps would do the trick.

Janine Ashbless’ “Cover Him With Darkness” Now this story really gets to me mainly because of the whole god and unleashing on humanity angle I almost wished I was Milja but I can live vicariously through the words in the story.

Elizabeth Daniels’ “A Rose In the Willow Garden” Now who is really the hunter and who is the hunted? I have to say this one had to have been my favorite of the stories. I couldn't exactly say why, could be because well I can relate to both sides and it could just be because it got me hot.

Mitzi Szereto’s “The Blood Moon Kiss” Vampires and actresses and drama oh my! Honestly sometimes I get tired of vamp stories. This one sparked a little heat in me but not much was well written and it just didn't do much for me.

Sharon bidwell's “Bitter and Intoxicating” Honestly this story didnt do anything for me, while well written I just couldn't really relate to the characters.

All in all was well written and worth picking up it will stay on my keeper shelf to be reread as a go to quick fix book.
Follow-up commentary
I still enjoy these stories. I even went back to reread them when I ran out of books to read. It's a great collection!

I loved this book as well and just recently pulled it off the bookcase for another read! It definitely has some real masterpieces. Personally, I liked Tea For Two but then perhaps it's because I identified with the poor protagonist and her husband. Bitter and Intoxicating didn't do much for me either but I loved Milja in Cover Him With Darkness! I would have done the exact same thing she did, or at least like to think I would have.
    Thanks for the review.
