The Best of the Best American Erotica 2008

This is a great summer read, or just a book that you can pick up when you are in the need for a good story full of erotic play, as well as if you want to read that favorite story that you loved before. It's definitely worth the price, and is a great bargain. It's simply a compelling book, and you'll be excited about it. The stories are all different and various types, and every one has a special tone to it. You'll probably really enjoy this book.

The author is an interesting person. This is the only experience I've had reading their work, but it has really opened my eyes.

This book was full of erotic and sensual stories that weren't too menacing or scary, and yet it was filled to the brim with thrills and excitement. The writing style was more casual, but advanced stories took place, which were full of intelligence and sex drive as well. There were a lot of stories in here that caught my interest, including the one about the man who was a marriage counselor, and the couple who went to see him who played a very "dirty" trick on him in the end. That's my favorite, because of the broad range of intelligence in it. There is also another about a flesh light, which is interesting and comes from the curious user's point of view, and one is included about an erotic birthday present for a lesbian couple. That was an interesting read. The stories in this book are great stories for your collection of erotic reads, and all of them will bring out your curiosities and if you have erotic tastes for certain things, they will indulge you.

I think that this is a great novel for all audiences who are interested, not just advanced. I was a beginner when I first read this book, and it did wonders for me. It helped me to really explore and to expand my knowledge, and sometimes I will go back to it and indulge again, just for the heck of it.

Design

There were no erotic pictures, except for the cover, and underneath the paper cover with the girl touching herself on it, the book is quality made and of a black/navy blue cover. The binding and quality of the book is lavishing and well made, and it is put together very well. Mine is years old and is still in excellent condition after very "erotic" reads, where it might have been tossed around a few times, and hidden from sight quickly.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 3 months after original review

I still love this book. I've picked it up several times since the initial review and have loved it all over again. At some points I actually ended up getting turned on just by a good story! I definitely recommend this book to anyone interested. Trust me, it's worth it.
