Affordable Cruelty-Free Makeup!

These shimmery eyeshadows are great for anytime. They can be a little too sparkly for the day, but it depends on your personality and place of employment! For a night out, I'd add some eyeliner -- I have a brownish gold, liquid glitter eyeliner that looks great with these.

The colours are Sunshine (pale gold), Bardot (pinkish cream), Riviera (light golden brown), and Bronze (medium brown):

I didn't use a primer so when fully blended the colour is subtle.

The eyeshadows are powders, much like a mineral eyeshadow. The texture is smooth and silky, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all. They have fairly decent staying power but using a primer wouldn't be a bad idea.

There's no detectable smell and I didn't really see a point in tasting it. I can't imagine there's many people who would like to eat their eyeshadow!

I wore them for about 6 hours and they were still shimmery, but the colour wasn't as intense. They wash off easily. I like that because I don't like using makeup remover (most are full of harsh chemicals.)

Each shadow is in a small tube with a screw-on lid. They're fairly small tubes. Here's one of them next to a standard sized tweezer:





The four shadows come in a small box.

I was especially impressed by the fact that they were not tested on animals! Plus, they're paraben free!

Because the colours are so natural, yet very shimmery, I love these eyeshadows!

It was easily applied with the roller ball. I just has to blend the shadows with my fingers.
