Rabbit fur mitt - massage mitt discontinued by Entrenue - review by ShadowKitten

I got the Rabbit Fur Mitt for my toy box because it came to my attention that it (the toy collection) was lacking sensual items, so I grabbed up a couple ticklers and then came across this. It caught my eye as a unique type of massage item, while I was iffy about paying for a real fur product (mostly because I adore rabbits as cuddly creatures) I didn't really find anything else sensual on EF that I liked (aside from oils); though since it wasn't very expensive I bit the bullet and am glad that I did!

The Rabbit Fur Mitt is a massage mitt made with real rabbit fur, the color of which varies (according to the product page anyways); mine was sort of a soft light brown color instead of the solid white on EF. Other reviewers have reported the mitt coming stiff though mine was the complete opposite, very flexible and soft; it did shed a tiny bit when I first got it but has held up quite nicely so far. Although it should be noted the hole for sliding your hand in is not flexible, thus people with above average wrists may have a bit of difficulty getting it on.

I've tried a few things with the massage mitt like rubbing it across my chest and 'erotic' zones as well as gently running it over my face and tired muscles & find it very soothing. I got the mitt more as an item for someone else to use on me or have me use on them so I have yet to experience all sides of this toy at the time of this review.

The fur is very sensual while the interior is very smooth although seems to shed the material (not sure if it's the actual rabbit hide or buttery soft suede of some kind) a little bit over use but is well constructed. The mitt in general isn't so much delicate as it needs to be used gently both when putting it on and taking it off. The accurate measurements for the mitt are 10" in length (from tip to base) and 6" across.

The product page suggests adding a vibe or bullet inside the mitt to add stimulation besides that I came up with an interesting idea for those into pet play or just soft bondage. If you have two of these you can easily slide your partners hands into each one and fasten it with numerous things (elastic bands, a small chain and lock, or a more easier method like metal or leather cuffs which prevent them from using their hands as well as possibly doubling as paws (if you don't mind the paws not having pads of course) which means these can be used as soft restraints if you're up for being creative.

Caring for the mitt is a bit of a pain, though a BIG NO-NO is using this mitt with fluids of any kind (oils, lubes, etc) and you'll want to have washed your hands and dried them before using this mitt as because it is real fur you can't hand wash it if it gets dirty.. I store mine in the plastic bag (the only packaging) it came with to protect it from dust and dirt when not in use as once it gets dirty your only real option for cleaning is to possibly take it into the dry cleaners or to gently dab it with a paper towel and hope for the best. The Mitt is travel friendly in my opinion as it looks just like what it's called, a mitten and not many would think anything different than that.

This mitt will always have a home in my toy collection even though it's made of one of my favorite animals because its just so sensual and unique to own.

This mitt gets used a fair bit by me, it's very relaxing and feels fantastic on sore muscles/joints and my play partners agree that is a very unique welcome addition to most toyboxes!
