I had been eyeing this for such a long time. I have scoliosis, so if I overexert myself, it can result in some pretty serious back pain, sometimes lasting for days at a time. While I love my husband, and he tries to help as much as he can, he's no massage therapist. With that being said, not even he could mess up a massage with this. With the 4 "arms" there are 2 large ends and 2 small ends, so you can choose what combination you'd like. But what I really enjoy is that this can be used over clothing or on bare skin. Granted, with clothing, it's a bit more difficult, but it's a great alternative if you don't want to have to wash off any oils or lotions after. On bare skin, I do recommend using something to make the glass actually glide, whether that's massage oil, lotion, shea butter, whatever you have handy. If you don't then, it can kind of grab and pull on your skin, and it doesn't feel that great.

The knows can really target knots and get them loosened up. Just be sure not to overdo it, or you WILL be sore. Not much pressure is required to get a really nice, deep massage. It's also pretty small, so you can also use it on your legs, arms, or wherever else you may have achy muscles.

The glass is very smooth and is ridiculously easy to clean. Just wash with soap and water if you've used anything during the massage, and you're good to go.
