I have used various TENS units for E-stim. There are tons of companies that make them. But this is a very affordable route to try it. Whether stimulating your genitals or just using it therapeutically on sore muscles, they all basically work the same, with different stimulation patterns. This works just as good as the more expensive ones I have used from amazon. It has less variations in the stim patterns, but I really don't mind at all. I just find a setting I like and slowly increase the voltage.

The one caveat that I have with the EF E-stim unit is that to increase the power of the shocks, there is a dial-like volume knob. There is no safety mechanism to prevent it from being bumped and sliding up to full power. That is my only criticism of the E-stim unit. Otherwise, it works great at a bargain price.

The controller is working well. Though the sticky pads finally lost their adhesion. But they lasted a couple of months. Definitely recommend this as a budget intro to TENS units.
