Custom Fragrance, Anyone?

If you want to play with a pheromone spray, Simply Sexy may just be the one for you. Although the smell of alcohol is very strong in the bottle, on the skin that smell dissipates. Will you smell citrusy, flowery, or earthy? Only your skin can tell. For the low price, it's worth a try.

Use

I enjoy Simply Sexy so much that I could wear it anywhere. Because it's not too strong or too weak, it's a pleasurable fragrance to have and to keep. The pheromones didn't do anything noticeable for my husband or me, but we both enjoy the scent of Simply Sexy very much, especially because it's a scent that becomes unique to us.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

I found the consistency of Simply Sexy to be nicer than most perfumes. One spritz will not drench you, nor will you need to spritz repeatedly. A little bit here, a little bit there, and a little bit - there - was plenty for us. I found that it dried fast and adapted to me in about twenty minutes. I recommend for the first use to spray yourself once, see how your skin will react, then decide whether or not to use more. I also have sensitive skin, and this did not irritate it in any way, which is a bonus.

Taste / Aroma

Simply Sexy is made with alcohol to make the scent last (which, at first, is very apparent to some who are perhaps sensitive to the smell of alcohol). It also contains three different notes of fragrance for blending with each woman's own body chemistry. Top Notes - exotic citrus; Mid Notes - spicy florals; Dry Notes - warm, sexy & earthy. This fragrance will be different on each woman, so an accurate description of how it will smell on you is not possible. It mixes with each woman's natural pH balance and pheromones to develop her own sexual scent, and increases the amount of pheremones the wearer produces. The wearer should mist this where and how she would any other perfume. I recommend on the inner wrists, inner ankles, and on the décolletage. Due to personal experience, I also recommend to not use too much. A little of this fragrance - no matter how it will smell on you - will go a long way. As with many perfumes, if too much is worn, it may become cloying and unappealing.

Performance

I initially applied Simply Sexy to my wrist two hours into my shift at work (which is a nine-hour shift). I kept sniffing my wrist all through the night to gauge it's potency. It did lose strength the longer I had it on, but it was still very noticeable up to twelve hours later. I do recommend applying Simply Sexy about an hour before you go out (or stay in!) in order for the body-adapting fragrance to have enough time to acclimate to you. Simply Sexy washes off just as any other fragrance would with soap and water. My husband and I both appreciated the scent and the adaptability of it, how long-lasting it is, and of course the fabulous price. The only thing that I can complain about is how uninformative the little tag was that it came with. I enjoyed reading about the fragrance notes, how it's not tested on animals, and how it's made in the USA, but I found all of this information online. Simply Sexy lasted all night on me and all day on my husband, but if you feel the need to reapply, you would do so like with any perfume.

Packaging

I no longer have the original tag the bottle came with due to a rambunctuous three year old. I remember that it came with a round hang tag tag on it, but the tag did not say much. However, I researched it and this is what I found: Targeted for women, sulfate-free, sugar-free, phthalates-free, triclosan-free and paraben-free, Simply Sexy is made in the USA and does not test on animals. On the original tag for Simply Sexy, it suggests to "Wear it, then share it!"

Simply Sexy fits in the palm of your hand!

The bottle in itself is quite appealing. It's a clear glass bottle, containing 0.5oz of fragrance, topped with a plastic cap that is painted silver. The materials are both good quality, and I think it would take some doing to damage the packaging. The bottle is small enough to go anywhere with you. It would certainly fit into a purse with ease, but was awkward when I had tried carrying it in my front pocket. The bottle's biggest text is "Simply Sexy," but it does say "sex attractant" in a smaller, less noticeable font. If this was to sit in a group with your other perfumes, no one would notice that it was a "special" spray. I also had no problems with leaking or application. Again, I only wish Simply Sexy arrived with more information!

Special Features

I love Simply Sexy! It smells clean, fresh, a little exotic (depending on the wearer, of course), and, as the name suggests, is simple yet sexy! I don't know if the pheromones did anything, for the value it's worth every penny. I'd much rather use this than an expensive designer perfume. The fact that it's custom to me every time is also an added bonus.

Experience

I had many people, including co-workers, smell Simply Sexy while it was still in the bottle. Many of them did not approve of how it smelled in the bottle, liking it to Grandma's perfume or noticing the strong odor of the alcohol it contains. I, however, enjoyed the way it smelled in the bottle: I could detect the citrus and floral aspects right away. When I first applied Simply Sexy to my inner wrist, the spicy floral it is described to have was very prominent. It smelled good - saucy, even - and I knew that I would be happy if that's how it adapted to me. However, being aware that it's different for everyone, I knew there was a possibility it would change. After ten minutes, I noticed a more earthy smell - perhaps sandalwood - that was quite enjoyable. Since I wore the fragrance to work, I wondered if the scent would change the more I'd move and sweat, and it did. After a few hours, Simply Sexy took on a very mild scent, like a lightly fragranced soap of roses and sandalwood.

When my dear husband smelled the perfume while still in the bottle, he said it smelled nice but like any ordinary perfume. He couldn't distinguish a specific aroma. He said it wasn't bad, but it could be better. I offered him my opinion, which was that it smells better on a person than in the bottle, then he smelled my wrist. He agreed that it was much better on my skin, but that he had no sudden urge to rip off my clothes, although he would appreciate having it on my body during intimate moments.

I don't really know the opinion of Simply Sexy on me to other people. Most of my friends at work are men, and when I asked if they would sniff my wrist, they became bashful and wouldn't. That alone was a good reason to try Simply Sexy - teasing my guy friends (who are all platonic) in new ways seems to tickle me pink!

Curious about the scent combinations on other people, I had a female friend and my husband apply Simply Sexy to their wrists. My friend's scent became woodsy, which she wasn't thrilled by, but I thought smelled nice. My husband's scent became somewhat beachy, perhaps from the top and dry notes. I enjoyed his as well. I noticed on all of us that the fragrance is about medium - you and someone in your close viscinity will be able to smell it, but someone as close as five feet away may not. It smells much softer on your body than it does in the bottle.
