Chocolate body fondue - body paint discontinued by Booty Parlor - review by SparklyGlitter

This is a great product for couples. We found the chocolate to be a great toll in the bedroom that helped to spice up a night. This product can be incorporated into many different occasions and situations. The chocolate can be heated in the jar that it comes in, and simply refrigerated after use. As the label says for possible play ideas:

-“Use paintbrush to draw hearts or flirty words on the flesh naked skin; then devour your creation”
-“Dip strawberries and other passion foods into your jar and feed to your lucky lover, or savor them for yourself”
-“Dap Melt onto sensual spots(nape of the neck, inside of wrist) and direct your lover to a delectable treat”

With that said, I want to warn you that it may get messy. At room temperature or warmer, this chocolate becomes thinner and therefore runnier. While the container does not specify if this product can stain, I personally would not take the chance. I would recommend laying down an old blanket or sheet to cover you bed before you start. I also did not let my lingerie come in contact with the sauce for fear of stains. Another thing that you should take in to precaution is that this Melt contains sugar. I would keep this away from feminine areas to decrease the chance of causing a yeast infection. If you do use the product in lower areas, wash after use. For allergy concerns; this is a Wheat-Free product, Contains Milk, and the package doesn’t specify if this item was produced in a plant the uses nuts.

Ingredients: Water, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Dutch Cocoa, Whey Protein Concentrate, Non-Fat Milk, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate

At room temperature, this product has a thin and runny consistency. It can easily pour out of the container when full. The Melt has a very soft, silky, smooth texture. While it is messy coming out of the package, one on the body, the chocolate melt holds to where it has been placed. The colder the product, the thicker it becomes.
When applied to the body, it feels rather silky. This product is much easier to use when warmed up. When licking the melt off the body, it may take a few tries to get it all off. While it does not hold a sticky texture, it does take time to lick it all off. Soap and water work best to clean up from this product. The picture below shows what is left behind after I licked a dot off of my hand.

Booty Parlor did a great job with the taste of this product. They very well reproduced Hersey’s Chocolate Sauce. The chocolate body “fondue” has a very rich, almost as dark chocolate taste. Compared to the Hersey’s brand, this product has a stronger flavor. The smell of the chocolate sauce is also very overwhelming. At first whiff, you get the sensation of smelling instant hot chocolate powder, or chocolate backing powder. I’m not talking about everyone’s plain old nesquik, but the expensive all-natural powder. While I am personally a fan of dark chocolate, there are many people who find it too bitter for their taste. If you fall into the dislike category, I would recommend you think twice before adding this item to your shopping cart. While the sauce does not specify if it is milk or dark chocolate, I found it to lead more to the darker side. This is due to the chocolate component of this product to be Dutch cocoa. Typically any European chocolate will hold bolder, darker characteristics. While I love the taste and aroma, be warned that this is an intense taste.

This product last for an extremely long time. The bold flavors limit how much of the melt you really want to take in at one time. Even though the bottle has a small appearance, it holds 7.5 fluid ounces of the chocolate. Make sure you refrigerate after opening because it does contain a milk product and you don’t want it to go bad. One this that did turn me off about this product was that it had no expiration date. I am still unsure of how it will hold its shelf like. After a couple nights of play, and a few dipped chocolate chip cookies later, I still have almost a full bottle. This product was also rather messy when handling the packaging to open and close. Make sure you don’t have the jar tilted when you first pop the top or else, you may dip like mine did. While this product does not leave sticky residue behind, I did find sheets wanting to stick to me. The product’s label doesn’t not mention information about staining clothes, but like with most chocolate treats, I’m not going to risk it. Soap and water in the shower was the trick to my clean up. Over all I really enjoyed the life this item brought to the bedroom. The smile and laughs made my nights priceless. I am in love with this product and cannot wait until I finish this jar so I get to order more.

I just love the label on this jar! It is so young, flirty, and playful. The chocolate is housed in a glass jar adorned with a pink and black label. There are a few accessories to this product that might make it kind of hard to hide in a fridge if you don’t want roommates or kids to see. There is a mini garter wrapped around the lid with a pink and black bow. This guarder has attachments that hold a pink paint brush. The design of this package is very cute and perfect to give as a gift. I would not recommend traveling with this product because the jar is glass. If the jar were to break in your bag, many of your clothes could be ruined. Also, because this needs to be refrigerated after opening, I would not recommend using this as part of a weekend trip.
