This product could be used for tension relief, in healing or in passion. 90% of the ingredients in this product appear to be all natural oils with the exception of Isopropyl Myristate. I looked up Isopropyl Myristate and it appears to be a perfectly safe synthetic oil. Natural oils in this product include Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Sesame oil, and Shea Butter. You will want to stay away from this product if you have nut allergies.

I've gone to bed right after a massage with the oil still on my skin and I've also taken a shower immediately after. In both cases there were no adverse skin reactions. Although, the one time I did leave it on I went to the gym the next morning and my sweat did seem a little more sticky then usual.

On a scale from 1-10, with 10 being the thickest, I give this a 7. I wouldn't apply this oil prior to working out or going anywhere in public. It is too greasy and oily looking for that. However, it is not so messy that you can't roll around in the sheets with your body covered in it after foreplay. The container is easy to pour and the label has an oil resistant coating on it, so it adheres to the bottle nicely.

The oil does tend to be a little runny so be careful not to spill any on your bed or pillow sheets. The first time I used it, I accidentally used a little too much and when I rubbed my hands together the oil spilled all over my shorts.

The Stella Massage Oil does contain a lovely fragrance but it will hardly "fill a room" with the aroma. It smells like a lovely perfume, nutty with a hint of floral. The oil only a gives off a small hint of fragrance and will not overwhelm the senses. Not to sound like a complete weirdo, but I've also tasted the massage oil just out of curiosity and wouldn't I recommend it. It doesn't taste terrible but let's just say it's not intended for that use. I would also highly recommend that you wash your hands immediately after handling the massage oil unless you like all your stuff to be smeared and sticky. My iPhone still has oil all over it. I thought I got most of it off the screen, but it's the little cracks and crevices you have to worry about.

The Stella Massage Oil is great for getting or giving full body rubs, back rubs, or foot rubs. This bottle may seem expensive but it really goes a long way because you literally only need a drop. The oil spreads over the body with ease and slowly absorbs into the skin. This allows the oil to stay nice and lubricated without having to reapply more oil constantly. I was able to give a back rub to my partner for about ten minutes straight before having to apply more oil.

The product is packaged nicely in a hard sturdy box perfect for gifting or gift wrapping. The product itself comes in a nice glass bottle with an oil proof label that would look nice on top of or underneath any sink counter. No user instructions were provided, but how much instruction do you really need.
