The Sex on the Go Lubricated Intimate Wipes by California Exotic Novelties are a sexual lubricant that are perfect to take with you on a trip or to simply keep in your purse for those "just in case" moments.


The wipes come in a small box and include three individual wipes that are kept in a foil package, much like a wet-nap.

They are slightly bigger than the wet-naps, but still just as slim and very convenient for travel. They are a disposable wipe, so please do not just reuse them. The wipes are coated with a water-based lubricant that is infused with pomegranate and acai. The wipes are white and the lubricant itself is clear and does not have any fragrance or taste to it. As far as consistency is concerned, it is not thick, sticky, or runny. It gets you just wet enough and can be used to on your toys as well. I really liked practicing with it on my vibrator, because I could run the wipe on the shaft to lube it up and didn't have to worry about anything running off my vibrator and onto the sheets! It is a bit cold, definitely not one of those heating lubes. I am tempted to try using my blow dryer on the foil wrapper before opening it to see if that creates a warming effect.

Ingredients include:
Water, glycerin, sorbitol, euterpe oleracea (acai berry) fruit extract, punica granatum (pomegranate) extract, cellulose gum, triethanolamine, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, tetrasodium EDTA, phenoxyethanol, and caprylyl glycol.

I would definitely recommend these wipes to friends. These are perfect for travel or to carry in your purse on a hot date! You don't have to worry about getting a bottle of lube past the TSA or having it spill in your purse. You just carry it around like a wet-nap. Heck, a guy can even carry it in his wallet! (But, seriously, don't carry your condoms in wallets guys, it really does do bad things to them, but the wipes should be fine.) Are they as effective as an actual liquid lubricant, no, but they do get you lubed up enough to get the job going. If you have problems with dryness, this may not be enough for you, or you may have to use two wipes per a session, but for the average person that just needs a little help to get things going, they are great and for the price, I think they were worth it. They aren't replacing my normal lubricants, but these are not designed to, they are designed for travel or those spur of the moment kind of play.

When I first took the wipes out of the foil I thought, there is no way that this is going to get me wet enough to do anything. I had expected something kind of covered in goop and a very runny, but it felt like a slightly wetter wet-nap. So, I gave it the old college try and found that these wipes are great! I rubbed it up and down the shaft of my vibrator. I could see it glistening from the wetness. Then I rubbed it down below and was surprised by the wetness that I could feel! No drips on the sheets, not weird stickiness, no having to figure out where to wipe my hand to get the excess lube off like with traditional lubricants - this was great! Just set it aside and get on the ride! It got me and my toy wet enough to get into things and start a very lovely afternoon.

These little wipes are still a necessity for sex-on-the-go. I wish I would have bought a larger order of them is my only regret. Still neat, convenient, and help get the job done when you don't want to risk carrying a bottle of lube around with you.
