Bondage Seductions - adult game discontinued by Kheper Games - review by puppylove

This game is geared towards couples starting to explore in bondage play. The cards give scenarios to act out to help get the bondage game rolling. They are very detailed, which is nice when you have never experimented with bondage but want to try, and you and your partner don't know where to start.

The game came with cards, dice, and a few props. The rules that came with the game suggest you can play with the dice or just randomly pick a card and start there. The cards have two numbers listed on them (5-2; 4-3; 2-1) the dice are two colors; one color for the first number on the card and another for the second. All the cards have either red or gold colors for which partner plays them out (male or female). You roll the dice, pick the appropriate numbered card, and play out the scenario listed on the card. The cards are VERY detailed, you wont find just 'spank partner' listed on them, they will tell you exactly what to do leaving a bit of room for creativity and comfort.

The game and all its pieces come in a nice cardboard box, not too big so it sits nicely in a drawer if you want to tuck it away, while still keeping all the contents of the game together. The cards seem to be well made and will stand up to being played with for quite a while I imagine. The bondage seductions game I received in the mail did not contain a scarf, wooden paddle and black blindfold as the product page and other reviews lead me to believe. My game instead was sent with a set of 2 inch wide black ribbons, a rubber whip and a red velvety blindfold. I'm guessing the manufacturer decided it was time to switch it up, which is unfortunate because I was looking forward to the wooden paddle. The game accessories are not too bad. The ribbons would not stand up to very much thrashing or resistance if used to tie your partner up. They are more for aesthetics, but this is a beginners game so I guess it's a good light intro into restraint. The blindfold is a bit on the stiff side, but again, for a low cost intro game is serves its purpose. It is not as soft and silky as one I already own so I doubt I will use it much. The rubber whip is on the small side, maybe about a foot long total with about 3-4 inch handle on it. It doesn't hurt much so it will be good for beginners. I could see how some people more experienced with bondage play might find this set boring. Also the cards call for other props not included in the game; Be aware that a can of whip cream, handcuffs, or a pearl necklace may be called for.

With the nature of the actions on the card, I'm guessing there will not be getting through any more than a few cards a night to begin with, as a majority of them seem to end in sex. This is not a game that you'll be able to sit down and play the whole thing in one night. You can play it on multiple occasions and have a new scenario to act out every time, it keeps it interesting. I like that it is a game that can continue to provide many nights of fun and exploration without getting boring.

I am really looking forward to playing this game with my partner. We have not had much experience with bondage but are starting to explore more in the bedroom and this game has given us the right set of tools to be able to do that. For now, we have just read through the cards to get an idea of what all is involved before we dive in. I'll make sure to write a follow up review after we've played a few times.
