Tingle gele - gel discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Trixie Horror

Okay, so that title probably sounded weird. To be honest though, you know that slightly tingly sensation you get when chewing mild peppermint gum? That's pretty much what it's like. Not too overly-sensational, but just enough to give you a pleasant cooling/tingly sensation. Doesn't taste too much like strawberry, but that's to be expected - it's still pleasant enough. I love using this during solo play to relax. Tends to get a bit sticky after a while of using it, so be sure to freshen up afterward. Obviously.

Things tend to get rather boring during solo play at times, and for the fun of it I decided to try something new - the result was pretty great. This can be applied virtually anywhere you're comfortable with a tingling sensation, though I wouldn't recommend using it anally unless you're really into that sort of thing. I prefer to use it mostly on the clit and nipples. Most of the time I've found that using tingle products internally feels so much more intense than used externally. So beware. It's got a very nice consistency - the best I can compare it to is a thin hair gel-type substance. It's not super drippy like lube and it's not a cream; the texture's great - very erotically pleasing.

My boyfriend and I experimented with it a couple times to see what it'd be like for him. He's not too crazy about it, but he does like using it on me.

The packaging is nice - just a cardboard cover and a simple jar, nothing overly dramatic or embarrassing. It's also very easy to actually get the gel out of the wide-mouthed jar. I'm a klutz, so lubes tend to get everywhere. I haven't had a problem with this stuff so far, so I'm happy about that!

If you're looking for something new and refreshing for foreplay or solo play, I highly recommend this gel.

Yep, I still use this stuff when the occasion arises! The scent hasn't grown weird, the texture and consistency are still as they were when I first received it, and the tingling sensation is still pretty great. I'd still recommend this to people looking for a little something different.
