The Suction Cup by Tantus is a stand alone accessory which has the awesome ability to convert any dildo with a bullet hole in the base into a suction cupped toy! I discovered this brilliant creation while searching for a realistic, suction cup-able dildo. My sweetheart had been fantasizing for quite some time about watching me being fucked by someone other than himself, and so we were on the hunt for a silicone substitute to the real thing. The issue we faced, however, was finding a realistic enough toy, in a preferred material, that had suction cup capabilities. It proved to be a real challenge, and just as I was prepared to give up, I stumbled across this nifty little accessory. The coolest thing about the Tantus Suction Cup is that it can be paired with a wide variety of different toys! That means all of Tantus' vibrating line, and any other brand toy with a bullet hole in the bottom. The possibilities are endless!

The Suction Cup is made of 100% black silicone. It is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, and both phthalates and latex free. It has no smell or taste, and is completely smooth, albeit with a bit of drag. The texture really isn't going to make a difference however, as you will not be actually using this product on or in your body. It's safe to use in the shower/bath.

The Suction Cup consists of a round, raised base, with an erect shaft shooting out from the center. The shaft is roughly 1/2" in diameter, with two 3/4" ridges to help grip whatever toy you insert it into. The whole suction cup is 3" total from tip to base when unsuctioned. The base itself is 3" wide when unsuctioned, and 3 1/4" when suctioned. It's a generous size that should work with almost all dildos, provided they are not too heavy, and that they have a deep enough hole in their base. The Suction Cup is reasonably flexible, yet firm; especially in the shaft, which makes insertion and use easier. There is no visible seam on this product, and it appears to be very durable and well made. It's fairly inconspicuous, if a bit odd looking. I doubt many people would see it and think "sex-cessory" though.

To adhere this device, you merely plunge its base against any smooth surface, forcing the air out and creating a seal. The only way to remove it from a surface is to peel it up by a corner, subsequently breaking the seal. It really surprised me how well it could be adhered to practically any smooth surface, and the sheer amount of hold it has. Once it's suctioned on adequately, it's not going to come off while in use. I've tried to pry the suction cup off of a surface without breaking the seal, and if it's properly adhered, it's nearly impossible to do so. It works equally well on dry and wet surfaces. It did fall off of the shower wall once though. I was not using it at the time, I'd just slapped it there and gone about my normal activities. After several minutes, it popped off and smacked me in the thigh on its way down. I have not experienced any issues with it beyond this one circumstance, and it's entirely possible it was a user error, rather than an issue with the product itself.

I've successfully suctioned this product to the shower wall, the bathtub, a door, a mirror, my desk, the headboard on my bed, a bookshelf, the refrigerator (don't ask), and a dresser. The Suction Cup didn't stick to my walls, as unfortunately they are textured and not completely smooth. It would also not adhere to my leather computer chair, but would, interestingly enough, attach firmly to the plastic arms of the chair (which could prove promising).

Sadly, I've only had the privilege of testing this product out using one compatible toy (the John Doe, also by Tantus). It was an absolute match made in heaven! I couldn't have asked for a better tag team! The only thing I disliked about the combo was that the John Doe was rather floppy once the Suction Cup was inserted. I expected it to be a bit more rigid and straight, but it hung disappointingly low, and was a tad bit more difficult to use because of this fact. I believe this has to do with a combination of the John Doe's top heavy head, and short bullet hole.

If I could change one thing about this product, I would make the shaft that is inserted in the toys longer, and the bullet holes in accompanying Tantus toys deeper to match. Still, this was an awesome product, and it worked wonders with a Tantus dildo. I plan to collect many more compatible toys to use in conjunction with this nifty device! Now if only I could convince Tantus to make the Vamp with a bullet hole in the bottom too..

To keep this super sex-cessory clean, merely wash with warm water and antibacterial soap. You may also use whatever brand of toy cleaner you prefer. Being that the Suction Cup is made of 100% silicone, it can be sterilized if you wish to go that route as well. Merely boil it for a few minutes, toss it in the top rack of the dishwasher (sans the soap), or wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution. Make sure it is completely dry before storing. The plastic clamshell case it came in would make sufficient storage. It could also just be tossed in a drawer, and cleaned before its next use.

Still a wonderfully fun accessory that gets a lot of use! I haven't had a chance to try this with any other compatible Tantus toys, but I'm very excited to. The suction is still ridiculously strong, & is perfect for my shower-time adventures. I'm glad I decided to give this one a try.
