First, I have to say this refresh powder is very handy for those that don't really carry cornstarch around the house, and this stuff might actually be cheaper than cornstarch. Like myself and some of my friends, we don't have cornstarch in our homes, and I know a lot of people have said in reviews that some toys need refreshing or cornstarch.

I love this product, it's smooth; it feels almost like silk to me. It can be messy depending on where you're using it. I would recommend this refresh powder to anyone that doesn't know what cornstarch is (like myself) or doesn't carry it in the household. It keeps your toys (the ones that need such powder) the way it was when you first got it and took it out of the box. Now to me, it smells like baby powder; to others it doesn't have a smell.

Second, I have to say the clear wrapping on this bottle is a pain. It is if you have no nails. It's a pain even if you have nails. It has a clear seal on the top, in case somehow the turning opening opens so it doesn't get all over. That was easy to get off since it had a little tab to pull. Turn the lid so it opens and sprinkle some on your toy; its sorta messy depending on where you shake it on at.

Be warned do not squeeze the bottle to get the powder out, for this will make it go all over even more than just tapping it. This leaves your toy feeling just like how you got it when you first take it out of the package, that same feeling that you wish you could savor. It leaves your hands feeling soft as well, since in order to get the toy in full coverage you gotta rub it in. I gave it a four out of five star, because of how messy it can be.

After you wash your toy, however it says it's able to be washed, open this container by turning the top and just sprinkle by tapping it with your finger. You can use a tissue or cotton balls or even your hand. This stuff makes your toy kinda sparkle or glisten and your hands feeling like they were in baby powder.
