Simple and Clean

Pjur Med is sort of like super water. It's hygienic, thin, and pleasantly scented, while also safe for rubber, silicon, latex, and sensitive skin.

This was one of the first toy cleaners|Toy cleaners I ever got, and so far I haven't regretted the purchase, or felt like I needed a different one.

Made in Germany this cleaner claims to be Anti-Bacterial|Pjur™ med clean spray, Anti-Viral, Alcohol free, Perfume free, and "ideally suited for topical use on sensitive skin and mucous membranes". And so far I have no reason to claim they're wrong.

It's water-based, with very few chemicals, and safe for all those sensitive materials like silicone and latex, and safe for your skin as well.

I will say, however, that while it may be "perfume" free, it isn't exactly odorless. It has a scent something like alcohol, but sweet. A bit like fermented fruit, but not in a bad way. Think a light Sangria scent.

My boyfriend, Coal, isn't too fond of the smell, but I actually really like it. It seems sort of fresh to me, and I like the way my toy box smells after I clean everything (which I do every once in a while when it's contents aren't being actively used, just to keep everything clean and happy).

I use this specifically with my toys. I keep a pile of clean wash rags in my toy box, spray my recently used toy a few times, as well as the cloth, and start wiping. The liquid is thin, so it's easy to get into the crevices of everything, and it doesn't smell at all like your everyday house cleaner, so I don't really feel like I'm doing the dirty work of cleaning.

Because it's safe for sensitive skin, it can also be used for cleaning your intimate areas. Coal uses it to clean himself up when we don't have the time (or energy) to shower and properly clean ourselves after any sexual activities. And in a pinch I use it as well. It claims to help kill bacteria and reduce body odor, so this seems like an added bonus for us.

Overall I really like this cleaner and, while I do plan to try some new ones, I think it will definitely be on my shopping list when I stock up on new products.

So I'm guessing you haven't noticed any sort of irritation or lingering residue from this, either on your skin or a toy?
  • Contributor: SinSecret
Cock Wrangler- Nope. Nothing that I've noticed. I do wipe it when I use it on toys, not because it needs to be, but just to make sure its completely clean, but I haven't noticed any residue or irritations.
