Tangy Lemon makes me oh SO NAUGHTY!

I love the saying, "When life gives you lemons...make lemonade. Then again, I LOVE the scent of lemons and have loved it for years and years. When I was first married over 30 years ago, both Jean Nate' and Love's Soft Lemon made it into my home and I used them all the time. I finally took a break from them - but only because my husband had had too much.

But it's 30 years later now and every few years I go on a lemon kick. Fortunately, Eden Fantasys has helped me find the perfect products to replace what were among my favorites. Let's face it- if I can get them here for POINTS aka "free" - then let's do it!

So what is this? This is a body fragrance that you spray anywhere on your body (although I would avoid the genitals). If you like this well enough, you could even spray one or two spritzes in your bedroom to freshen it up. However, you should not need more than that. Another option would be to lightly spray it on your sheets, although I have not done this yet to see if will stain them. You would want to test this on a small corner if you wanted to use it that way.

The ingredients are: Alcohol Denat., Water (Eau), Fragrance (Parfum), Camedllia Sinensis (White Tea) Leaf Extract, Copulandrone (Parfum), Copuline-alike (Parfum), Reconstituted Andronone (Parfum).

As with any bath and beauty product, you will want to test this on a small patch of skin before applying it liberally to your body.

It is hard to explain the texture of this product because there really isn't anything to explain. It is basically a perfume mist. It has white tea extract in it to moisturize your skin, but it doesn't feel oily or greasy and it absorbs into your skin immediately.

When I wrote the reviews for Not Soap Radio's Island Hopping Solid Parum, I talked about how that scent was much like Love's Fresh Rain. After trying Naughty Secrets, I have to say that what I wrote was true. Island Hopping is a soft, warm lemon scent. However, Naughty Secrets' Sassy Citrus is much like Jean Nate with a tangy, stingy, fresh lemon scent that reminds me of lemonade - without the sugar.

One thing that always used to bother me about Jean Nate' was that it had a heavy alcohol scent under the lemon. I don't find that to be true with Sassy Citrus. When I spray Sassy Citrus, it smells like freshly cut lemons and continues to smell that way even as it dies down a bit in strength. There is no chemical after-smell to this product.

I found the fragrance was strong longer than other products I have used. It stays fairly strong for perhaps 15 to 20 minutes and then it starts to die down. While you can still smell it after that time, it is basically a fainter version of that same tangy scent. If I was going to wear this all day long, I might put some of this into a travel size spritz bottle or pump bottle to carry in my purse and then refresh it shortly after lunchtime.

It works best if it is layered with other Sassy Citrus products, especially the silky body oil.

This product is package in a 6 ounce clear bottle with a pump spray and clear cover. I love the gold label on it, however, I am not sure I would consider it to be discrete since it states clearly that it has "pheromones" in it.

This product is made in the USA. It is paraben-free, sulfate-free and sugar-free. No animal testing is done with this product. According to the label, it is safe for all skin types.

The label states that Sassy Citrus is made up of a sunny blend of bright, crisp grapefruit with a splash of orange flower to intoxicate the senses.

That is a great description of this product.
