This pillow is fairly nice for getting into positions that you couldn't normally achieve. The cushioning is a definite plus when you are bent and twisted up for an evening with a partner or toys. It is easily usable by anyone from a solo player to couples.

Overall, I found the design on this pillow to be a good one. Unlike most inflatables, there is no safety catch on the inside of the inflate plug. So you don't need to squeeze down to be able to allow air in or out. This makes it MUCH quieter both in blowing it up and releasing the air when you are done playing. I found I was able to just use my mouth to inflate it and it took only a couple moments.

The design is also fairly sturdy, as it seems to be able to easily handle any weight applied without undue stress or noise. The included restraints on either side make for a nice addition to kink things up a little.

I found the pillow to perform fairly well. It allowed me to shift into different positions during playtime, even for something as simple as a place to lean my chest and cheek while bent over. Used correctly, in some positions it definitely eased stress on my legs or back that would normally have been present.
