Have you ever found yourself cramming a pillow under your lover to position them better for oral, anal or vaginal sex? Have you then made a huge mess out of that pillow? If you answered yes this might be a product to consider. This pillow works very well for lifting and positioning to allow better access and angles for sex. It will work for all genders. The two most obvious positions to try would be missionary and doggy-style. By using it as a ramp with the lower end under the small of the back, it lifts your bottom to a more accessible angle. For rear entry sex, the receiver can use the pillow to lie on top and be able to relax more.

It is made of PVC, but it really reminds me of the same material that a pool raft/floats are made of. It is designed to be inflated the same way as a raft or beach ball. It has a valve that you can hook a pump up to, or you can just inflate by blowing into it. That is how I inflated it, and it only took a minute. We were a little worried about the material being a little clingy/grippy to skin and maybe a little slippery once things got a little sweaty. We put a towel on the pillow to prevent that from happening.

This pillow also comes with two hand restraints, one on each side. They are a velcro cuff style and are easy to use. The attachment point is reinforced on the sides and made of a sturdier material. You could also detach the cuffs and use them separately by linking them together with their clips.

We first used the pillow in the missionary position. It was easy to slide it up and under and it put the Mrs. in a perfect position for any kind of stimulation. We tried some oral, vaginal and some anal stimulation with toys and everything was easy to access. We eventually positioned the pillow at the edge of the bed, and I was able to penetrate her standing up while she was on her back with the wedge under her. We used the cuffs for a little while, and they were easy to put on. It is possible that if you pulled really hard on the restraints, you could damage the pillow but I think under normal use they will do just fine.

The pillow came in a cardboard box with a picture on the front showing you a suggested position. It also came with some instructions and a repair kit if you happen to get a hole in it.

You can just wash it with soapy water or use a sponge and some cleaning spray. Check your cleaning spray for material cleaning safety.

If you deflate this pillow every time you are done, it will be easy to store and for travel. It will be hard to get enough air out of it to get it back into its box, so we are not keeping it.

We are going to keep it inflated and take the cuffs off the side. I will put a pillowcase on it, and I don't think anyone will think anything of it if they see it on the bed.

The repair kit is similar to any raft/pool repair kit with patches and some glue.

The pillow worked very well for missionary, oral and doggy style. We also plan on using the pillow for strap-on sex. This pillow will work just as well for the man to be on the bottom. It definitely allows better access for anal stimulation for guys. It will make things easier for the strap-on penetrator and could allow for some different angles. I will report on that in my follow up review.
