The most conventional way to use these little gems is to relax your vagina, add lube if possible and gently insert them. Note that these little guys are intended to help work out the pelvic floor muscles and not so much for actual stimulation. The hard material can be uncomfortable, so be sure to keep yourself moderately lubricated, otherwise they may make your vagina feel a bit tender afterwards.

Be sure to get them in deep enough for your muscles to grip them. If you are feeling uncomfortable, try starting out with only one inserted and get used to the feeling. I personally find that I cannot even feel them when both are inserted, which is also perfectly normal. After inserting your balls, feel free to go shopping, go to work, or even do something a bit more intimate like taking a bath, or masturbating while under the covers. In this case, inserting fingers into the vagina to move around the balls may create some -but not much- stimulation.

Do not use these balls as anal beads, they will get lost.

These balls are made from glass, so they can break if they fall onto a hard surface. They have no odor and do not retain odors. They are very firm and can bruise the vagina if not used properly. These glass balls look marvelous, no matter what angle you get them at. The picture here on Edenfantasys really does justice to their true look. The size was about average I would assume. They fit inside me very easily and should not be a problem for most women. They are also very discreet, my mother walked into my room while they were on my desk and didn't even notice them. I'm sure she thought they were just marbles or paperweights.

This being the first time putting balls into my lady parts, I was a little bit nervous when testing these out. I felt the surface to make sure they were smooth so that I wouldn't get cut, and I didn't find anything too noticeable. When putting them in I was unsure if I was using them correctly, so I put each one (after lubing up) in just enough so that my vagina walls would hold them in. But beyond looks, these balls don't seem to be cute in any other ways. I find removing them from my vagina nearly impossible. I have to squat down low to remove the first one, and then do high level yoga positions to even reach the second one. Sometimes the second one I am removing will get stuck between my cervix and my vagina wall and I'll have to do squats while my fingers are inside of me to even get a grip on it. The actual removal can get a little painful for me, but I think that's because my body doesn't like the material.

Masturbation with these little guys is quite fun. They did make my orgasms last longer, but it took me longer to climax. I had to show my backdoor some love in order to reach climax, but it felt great once I did. I would really like to strengthen my PC muscles, but I don't think these little guys will do it for me. They are too small and seem to like resting on my cervix too much. If you're a girl who has a deeper vagina, these guys might work for you, but for me, they just get stuck and it's too uncomfortable to take them out for me to use them regularly.

They come with a small, black velvet, drawstring, carrying case that is also discreet and fits them snugly. I personally use old fashioned soap and water to clean them; just make sure that all of the soap is cleaned off afterwards.
