Bondage bar - spreader discontinued by Sportsheets - review by Passionate Pastor

We have tried several different types of bondage toys. From cuffs to tie downs to silk ropes and have really enjoyed playing with light bondage. This was our step up into next level bondage. This bondage bar is meant to bind the user's wrists and ankles. This should probably not be you first bondage toy. I would only suggest this for the couple that has been playing in bondage for a while.

This a great and simple spreader bar. The bar itself is metal covered in nylon and the cuffs are are very comfortable neoprene that is the same used on most Sportsheets products. The bar is very sturdy and while it does give a little we did not find that it lost it's shape nor did we fear it breaking while in use. The cover is not removable and I could not imagine throwing it in the washing machine. So to clean simply use a wet clothe and spot clean.

As a spreader bar this toy is designed to immobilize the wrists beside the ankles. Unless you are a gymnast, that position may not be comfortable for very long. We use light bondage mostly to restrain the movement of the hands and feet during sex. The position shown on the box was not practical for any sexual position we tried. If we used I only on the hands and feet at the same time we would probably never use it again. Instead we found the using it on the ankles or wrists was very beneficial. Used only on the wrists my wife was able to have her hands immobilized right by her side Whig was very comfortable and very erotic. The ankles were ok but will not be in our regular line up. Even though we will probably only use it for wrist restraint, we live this toy and are very glad it is in our toy chest.
