This bar is best used to lightly restrain your partner in any way that you can think of/they can pull off that involves up to four appendages side-by-side. Heck, it could probably be used on up to four appendages of multiple people, if that's your thing. Let your imagination run wild, just don't hurt anyone! Or, better yet, have them start practicing yoga so you can be even more creative.

If you're looking for some serious immobilization, this won't work. If you've messed around with other light restraints or just want a bit of a break from the usual this will definitely add some new depth to your experience.

The restraints are what I have learned to expect from SportsSheets, not absolutely beautiful but functional and comfortable. The cuffs are nicely padded for increased comfort, making them suitable for longer use, depending upon the position the user is in. They are made out of neoprene and nylon, making comfort and cleaning less hassle than leather. The cuffs are each 11 1/2" long when undone, with an additional 5" of velcro, making them easy to fit most wrists and ankles.

The metal bars (sturdily hidden inside of more nylon) are flat and each 16" long side by side. The cuffs are spaced 3" apart on the ends and 8" apart in the middle.

He's a pretty big fan of anything that lets him look at my rear end so these were great at keeping me "stuck" in a position that allowed him a full-view. The first time we used it he put my wrists in the middle two cuffs and my ankles in the outer two and had me facing downwards. It wasn't too uncomfortable for me but I've also been doing yoga on and off for years and I've always been pretty flexible. A sort of ropeless hogtie is also possible with this, to give you another idea.

He had no problem figuring it out and I think it's reasonably explanatory and allows for some creativity.


The velcro may also make them less intimidating to many people new to bondage since it isn't as complicated as knots and lacks to strong security that buckles provide for many.

These are packaged in a cardboard box printed with a sultry woman in a bra, undies, and some shoes, of course. It features several position ideas, one with her squatting with her ankles and wrists restrained, another with her sitting with her knees with wrists and ankles restrained, and one with her standing, bend over and restrained.

A damp cloth should be suitable for cleaning, should the bar need a quick wash. I wouldn't throw it in the washing machine, especially with the metal bars inside.
It's relatively flat so you can store it under the bed quite easily. Mine goes in my trunk of toys.
